"I recently had a lightning rod system installed on my home by WB Lightning Rods. In contrast with other contacts made for this installation, WB Lightning Rods responded in a timely and informative manner. My contact was with William Burden, Owner & CEO. I found Mr. Burden to be knowledgeable and articulate. Although prepared to ask a series of materials and installation procedure questions based on researching residential lightning rod systems, Mr. Burdenâ s description of both was thorough to the point that all my questions were answered without asking a single one. I found Mr. Burden to be ethical. He expressed concern over the long-term viability of an aluminum system in my coastal location. He rescheduled my installation when inclement weather was forecast rather than risk the safety of his staff and the quality of the installation. He was willing to perform the installation on a Sunday when the forecast called for more inclement weather early the next week. Mr. Burden and his staff arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Affable, pleasant, and courteous they undertook the installation with a notably positive attitude. Mr. Burden was present the entire installation ensuring consistency with the specifications of our contract. The installation was completed in two and half hours. In conclusion, I found WB Lightning Rods to be expert, honorable, professional, and quality driven. When Mr. Burden requested my approval to post a small WB Lightning Rods sign in my yard at the completion of the installation, I replied that he could rely on it to be a permanent fixture. "Kevin from Arc Voltage did a nice amount of work on my old farmhouse. He came out to my small town in Otsego County and updated all the outlets from 2 prong to 3 prong and made sure they were safe. We also had a baseboard heater that was improperly wired to an oversized 50 amp breaker by a previous contractor. He fixed that hazard for us. Also put up lighting fixtures and fans for us. Very reasonable prices. Kevin's partner also did great work, I just don't know his name."

He is genuine, great work ethic, and honest. work he did for us: Rerun garage/basement lighting circuitry and hardwire lighting by removing old receptacle and plug configuration. Install 3 way switch at garage door entry and base of basement stairs. Relocate existing light fixtures to evenly spread light throughout, box and safe off all existing open splices and remove all extension cords feeding light fixtures. Disconnect furnace feeding basement and pool room. Relocate thermostat for pool room heat. Troubleshoot gfci protection throughout kitchen receptacles and bathroom. Replace breakers that feed bathroom and kitchen receptacles with gfci breakers. Install single gang old work box for switch controlled receptacle in living room. Remove indoor wiring outside on deck and reinstall pvc conduit with outdoor rated box with gfci receptacle. Replace t-12 lamps with led bypass lamp"
