Description of Work: They were very good and the employees were extremely professional. My only challenge was they showed up with half the truck filled and I needed a full truck. They fixed it by sending another truck so it was not a huge deal. They helped with the final cleanup and everything. These services are really incredibly helpful - I don't know how we did it before them!

Description of Work: They showed up on time and they charge by the truckload, which I feel is very fair. I used them for an apartment in the city that needed to be cleared out. I highly recommend this service especially for all the logistic problems with an apartment. However, if you are clearing a house in the country and have the ability to remove stuff yourself you would save a lot of money by getting a dumpster or two. My only possible downside comment is I thought they removed the easiest stuff first when left up to them, so you may want to ask them to take the biggest stuff first. This is in case you get to the point where the truck is filled and there is more junk that has to go, it might be nice to have the stuff you can clear by yourself to be left over.

Description of Work: Scheduling the work was done quickly, the workers came within a day or so of my call. They called earlier in the day, stating they could come earlier than the set time as they were ahead of schedule. They arrived promptly, assessed what needed to be done and, once we had agreed on a price, began work right away. They were finished in a little over an hour, leaving our garage broom clean.

 + -1 moreThis company was extremely easy and a pleasure to work with. When I called to make the arrangements they said they would give an estimate when they showed up. If I didn't wish to proceed any further, that would be fine. They showed up exactly when they said they would and gave me an estimate on the spot as to what it would cost to haul everything away which I felt was reasonable considering the size of some of the things being taken. I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreThe day before the job, I received a courtesy call from the office, confirming my requested 2-hour window. On the morning of the job, the head of the 2-man crew (Sergio) called me in advance to let me know their Estimated Time of Arrival. Upon arrival Sergio quoted a price which I agreed to and he and Fabian immediately set to work. They loaded all of the items on the truck, broom swept the debris (leaves and loose soil) that had fallen on the sidewalk and in the street, and were finished the entire job in about one hour. All personnel (Brian in the office), Sergio and Fabian were courteous and professional.
Description of Work: Hired them to remove patio furniture, benches, two old BBQ grills, planters filled with soil and dead shrubs, etc.

 + -1 moreScheduled them to remove kitchen demolition debris from our backyard lawn. We were very explicit with them over the phone that it would consist of loose construction materials like broken ceramic tiles, Sheetrock, cabinets, insulation etc. They said "this is what we do!" Well, apparently they don't. When the crew arrived they balked. They were willing to take only 1/4 of the pile, but for double the amount we were quoted on the phone. Either the crew were just lazy and didn't feel like getting messy that day, or whomever we spoke to on the phone didn't understand what his company does.
Description of Work: No work performed. Crew balked on arrival.

 + 0 moreThese guys showed up as promised, in the allotted time frame originally given. They quoted me a reasonable price to tear down and demolish a 11 X 13 wooden shed that was sturdy and solid. They had it down within 10 minutes, loaded on the truck within 1 hour and my yard cleaned and the trucks removed within 10 minutes of loading the truck. They were fantastic. I would have enjoyed a lesser rate (who wouldn't). I think a dumpster would have cost me approximately 75% of the quote, so paying the extra for them to do the work was well worth it!
