I have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK? LLC quiet extensively in Long Island. They were on time, never missed an appointment and they were fast and thorough. I haven't had any problems at all.

I called the day before Thanksgiving. I was told they might not have time for all I needed that day, so they scheduled the day after Thanksgiving. They came on time. They cheerfully and efficiently removed everything I asked them to remove. There was more than I had said during my initial phone call that I remembered later. I was very pleased in every way.

price quoted was what was collected, (no hidden fees). Would use them again without hesitation.

To empty out my late mother-in-law's apartment I called 800-got-junk and spoke with a personable fellow who said that the franchisee for our market area would call within 24 hours to discuss timing etc. After not hearing for 3 days, I got the name of another outfit called Junk Luggers. Now they were the best. After arranging a day and time, they called from the truck to say they were running late - New York City traffic and parkeing - but got there in reasonable time. They were polite, efficient and did a great job under fairly difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have used this company. They show up at the scheduled time, tell me the approximate cost, start to work and finished the job in an hour. I would use them again and like the way they do their job.

They were prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. They also cleaned up after the job and replaced the remaining furniture. My father and I were very happy with the job. I had researched the pricing of such a job and their estimate was fair and reasonable. I would definitely use this service again.

Mike and Damian came to home to remove multiple items from multiple areas. They were spectacular. They were effiecient and effective in their performance. I would definitely use the company againf test

It went great from start to finish. They worked and had everything finished in about an hour and a half.

Called Sunday and told the Rep. I was shopping for estimates. Was told it was not a problem. If I liked their price they can take it that very day. If not they will leave a written estimate and would be looking forward to my call back. The next day they arrived as scheduled. After quoting me prices from a sheet of paper the driver called his supervisor "to see what they could do for me". I was told it would cost $550.00 if they take it now $750.00 if they have to come back and refused to leave a written estimate. Very unprofessional. Will never call them again or recommend them to anyone.

Easy to reach and scheduled an appt right away. Truck showed up at the designated time. Guys were professional and did the job. More than I wanted to spend to have garbage hauled away, but it was worth the convenience.

These guys were great! I booked it on their web site. They showed up on time. In addition to hauling away my old furniture and old junk. They moved my furniture back into place and swept the garage and basement before they left.

This company was great! I booked the appointment online for them to come take away the junk in the yard and garage. The appointment was made last minute (4:30 for a 5-7 time frame). They called me 15 minutes later to tell me they'd be at the house in 20 minutes. Two guys showed up who were very nice and professional. We showed them what to take, they gave us an estimate which we accepted and they loaded up the truck. They were fast and courteous. The estimate was right on eventhough we ended up adding a few things. It was a little expensive but it was worth every penny! I will definitely use these guys again when we empty out our storage unit. Highly recommend them.

Only complaint is that they did not show up nor call to advise me that they wouldn't show up the day of the appointment. I understand this can happen after a hurricane and you schedule an end of day appointment, but I should have been informed they couldn't make appointment. Hurricane Irene flooded my basement had to toss a lot of stuff, after two weeks of cutting stuff up so my regular garbagemen would haul my circular saw broke and I gave in and called for assistance---good thing in some respects because no way I could have gotten the things out of my basement the way these guys did. The two guys who came to do the work were professional and polite, they removed everything I asked and left the area clean, nothing but compliments for them. A little pricy which is why I gave them a C, everthing else would have been an A had they showed up as scheduled---I'd use them again, but would tell them upfront if you have a change in plans please let me know.

We had a flood in my basement. Ended up with all of our basement carpet and furniture and kids toys.... etc. ruined and in our front lawn. It was a hugh pile sitting in the rain and we just wanted it taken away. 1-800-GOTJUNK came and did just that. As mentioned - not cheap but if you need someone to just take your stuff away - they are the best. And you can typically get an appointment the next day!

Three young men arrived after calling to alert me they were coming. They carried almost everything out from the basement, second floor and garage. One item, a sofa bed, was troublesome but they managed to get it out the door. The men were polite and did a good job on a very hot day. They filled one truck in about one hour and a half. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

The job itself took over 5 hours. There was so much "junk" to remove. The men worked consistently removing one box at a time, and stopping to ask us if they saw anything they thought we might like to keep. This was a very big plus, since there were some valuable items that we didn't even know were still there. They were professional, prompt and responsible. They helped us complete a job that we had procrastinated about for over 10 years. We could have NEVER done it by ourselves! We are very happy with the finished product!

1-800-GOTJUNK is a franchise business. I found the gentlemen who are in my area are the most courteous, honest and prompt. I would definitely call them again. My neighbor was watching them as they worked and spoke to them about an estimate when it comes to the time he has to move.

They were excellent! They were professional, on time, were quick, and stuck to the estimate. They did a sweep up at the end and were friendly throughout. I highly, highly recommend them!

They called to confirm time beforehand and arrived about 10 minutes after expected. Two nicely presented (neat and polite) guys arrived and introduced themselves. I showed them what was involved - that the couch was down a narrow hallway with pictures on the walls - and the other stuff. They warned me what the extra charge would be if they took the firewood protected by the lean-to and I elected not to spend the money. They neatly took out the couch - no scratches, no broken frames and cleaned up after. They took down the lean-to and carted away the other junk. Must have left with everything done in the half hour they projected.

The workers arrived in a clean truck, in clean uniforms. They were very professional and completed the job in under 4 hours. They did have to call for another truck which they informed me at the beginning of the job. I did expect that 1 truck would not be enough to complete the job. I was happy with the entire job.

Excellent experience. You just point to what you want hauled away and they take it to the truck. You pay by how much room it takes up on the truck. There also is a 10% discount if you book on line. They were able to reschedule my pick up time since I was running late.
