Description of Work: I signed a new contract with this company on a Saturday in September. The following Monday I called for a cleaning and was given an appointment 8 weeks away. I am still waiting for this appointment to happen.

Description of Work: They charged me about 80 cents per gallon more than other neighbors that used them. Also, one time we almost had a full tank, and they charged us for 300 gallons, and the tank was almost full! Another time, they pumped oil all over our lawn. I asked them not to deliver any more oil because we were converting to gas heat and the next day they delivered a full tank. They are the most horrible company that I have ever done business with. I do NOT recommend them under any circumstance.

We are very concerned about the issues raised in this review. We have no record of these events. On May 16, 2014 Mr. (removed member name) notified us not to make any further deliveries. He did not receive any deliveries after that request. The last delivery made was February 6, 2014. We also show no record of an oil spill. Any further information that can be provided would be appreciated.

Description of Work: Never saw a company truck, all oil deliveries farmed out to another party. Very aggressive in collections. Extra charges for emergency conditions.

Description of Work: Made big mistakes trying to fix a issue that i have with the boiler and made it worst. Also seems that they're more concerned on collecting money then they work, even when money is not own to them.-

it is going well.
Description of Work: they serviced the boiler. My boiler is approximately 80 years old and they have been servicing it since teh 1950s. It is still 84% efficient, which is very good for an oil boiler. They also sell me my oil and the price seems reasonable, although I bet that you could get a better price if you spent many hours per month searching for the best price. I enjoy the reliability and the convenience.
