I'm not sure what the cost was. It was very pricey, though. They did great work, good guy, very prompt.? It's just I recall it being quite expensive.? They're expensive but they do good work, and in that respect I'm always quite pleased.? They do very good work, very prompt, very professional; just pricey.

Pat from T Webber is my go-to guy for any plumbing or water treatment issues in my home. Pat installed a water treatment system in my home last year. I had hard and acidic water. My water is now perfect. Pat is an expert on water treatment. He does high quality work and is a pleasure to deal with every time I see him. I would highly recommend Pat from T Webber to friends and family for any plumbing or water treatment issues.

The workers were very friendly. They are old radiators and we still had some spitting and I would have wanted some advice on how to prevent that from happening. A lot of the caps had been compromised, they're cracked, and we were hoping to possibly get some other recommendations for how to get them working even better because what was done didn't really solve the problem. I think they could have done better by recommending replacement parts when there is an issue. Perhaps it's just not going to function no matter how well it's turned. They should offer options for improved functionality. I don't remember it being expensive.

The unit was not performing well. The person they sent wanted to replace the AC Compressor and coil for a total of $6,200. I got another estimate for under $3,000. These people are WAY OVER PRICED. I have used them in the past and looking back at what they did for me I now realize that they are almost double the price of what other plumbing outfits charge. I would stay away from them unless you are OK with paying double the price for what you should be paying.

T. Webber did a terrific job from soup to nuts. Joe, our salesperson, and chief installer, showed up on time, clean courteous and respectful. Joe and his crew carefully removed our old system and installed the new system like he was working on his own house! Great care was taken. Thanks Joe and T. Webber!

My well stopped pumping water late on a Saturday evening. I called the emergency number and received a call back with a half hour. Since they thought the problem might be the well pump, I opted for them to come out first thing Sunday morning. Dan was there bright and early. He started by diagnosing at the internal tank and found a problem with the well switch. He replaced the switch and inspected all other components associated with the well. I opted to replace another electronic component as well since it showed signs of charring. Dan was WONDERFUL. explained in full detail everything he was doing and let my 9 year old son help him along the way!

Thought I was getting new stems and come to find out a few years later they were used and they started leaking prematurely. when confronted with the evidence they denied it.... not reputable...

Buyer beware of this company. Prices are through the roof. Charged $253 for toilet flapper and $359 for cartridge in tub. They were here for one hour. Their prices are almost double that of other plumbers. Will never use this company again.

We purchased our house last Spring and wanted to get our boiler checked out before the winter. The tech came out and started to clean the unit, but then said that things were so rusted he was afraid to take them apart. We had been told by the home inspector that our boiler was older and would need to be replaced in the not so distant future, so we decided to take care of it. Better now than in the middle of the winter. T. Webber had the boiler delivered the very next day and were at our house for 12 hours doing the install. Looking back we certainly wish we would have shopped around. They charged us $7800.00! That was with a referral discount! And the boiler is so loud we have to turn the TV up to hear it when the unit comes on. Also, they try to sell you on everything. The techs tried to get us to consider a new well pump, when all we needed was a new filter (which Tommy came out and installed while he was checking on the progress of the boiler) and they pushed a central air system...after we just dropped nearly $8000! Their solution-> they finance! No thank you!

Our AC stopped working. We had a coupon in the mail from T Webber, so we called. The technician who came, misdiagnosed the problem and ‘upsold’ aggressively. He was going to remove some water from drain pan in the attic manually until asked whether a wet-vac wouldn’t be quicker! Their hourly rate (which seems outrageously high) was ~$389/hr, so the invoice was $1161.78 (which included the $189 inspection fee that they were supposed to net out). The A/C problem had not actually been fixed, so that night it cut out again. We had another ‘emergency’ visit where the real problem was identified, and a ‘temporary’ solution that was supposed to last a year was put in. Two nights later A/C cut-out AGAIN. Tommy himself (to his credit) got involved and found the ‘part’ that we needed. However he charged us a premium for doing so (which had they diagnosed the problem correctly in the first place, would not have been necessary).We were presented with ANOTHER invoice to pay, bringing the total to $1,504. We tried to negotiate after the fact but they saw no reason to change their position (despite the glaring examples of mistakes). We were very upset by what we see as a firm that is quite happy to boast ‘superior customer service’ and then under-delivered and overcharged. Buyer beware!

It went very well, he was polite, neat and most of all worked at it until it was fixed.

called their company on Saturday am for leak on my sink and boiler office gave me time window when I could expect the repairman and requested both my home and cell # so they could give me a 30 min heads up on when the repair would arrive so I could go about my day, and did not have to sit home and wait all day. they did call as promised and service man came with in the time they promised. Technician asked if his service vehicle was parked ok, he wore booties, gave written estimate before starting, he worked efficiently and used protective cloths when working in my kitchen.

They were very responsive. The agaent was suggesting I purchase a new toilet for $800. I said I would prefer to try auguering it for $150 first. That was what worked . I think replacing it was unnecessary and expensive.

Replace valvI had simple jobs. They fixed a simple leak at the joint by cleaning and reconnecting. This was OK but expensive. They resealed the toilet (wax seal), sloppy job part of seal wax was overflowing and caused it to leak again. They replaced a valve which was done OK. All Jobs were very expensive compared to my old plumber in White Plains.

they just give you the run around so you get tired and so forget it and get someone else to do it.

Office polite. Timely visit. Called to confirm arrival time. Booties on shoes. Polite. Refused to look at faucet until estimate given. When I saw estimate I almost passed out. I told him that he was excellent employee but because this and other estimates were way too high I would no longer use his company. $238 to replace faucet washer? Really! He made a note on my bill about my rejection of price. He was apologetic that I was not happy with price. I called company and told them the employee performed perfectly, but I would no longer use them. (Three strikes, you're out!)

The office called and stated the technicians would be at the house at 9am. They were actually early. Very nice and very professional.

Unfortunately, because of time restraints I couldn't price shop. They advised me upfront of the fee which sounded high but I needed the work done. The service took approximately an hour. The next day I called 3 other large local plumbing companies. All said the highest the service should have been was approx. $250... $450 was a gross overcharge. I called Webber whose impression is that their services are of much higher quality than others and wasn't inclined to negotiate. After several back and forths they very unwillingly agreed to a $100 price reduction making the toal bill $358.... still $100 over priced for the services rendered. Buyer beware.

I did not hire this service provider.

THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT HERE, THEY GOT OVER ON US. THEY DIDN'T START AT STEP ONE. THE SECOND TECH THAT CAME OUT STARTED OUT FURTHER. I THINK I GOT CHEATED FROM THE FIRST ONE. IT MAKES ME NOT TRUST THEM.

T WEBBER PLUMBING WAS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE PLUMBING COMPANY THAT I HAVE LOOKED INTO. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID IT QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY AND NEATLY.
