Needed replacement of toilet wax seal. Service tech and assistant were super-nice, professional and clean. Said it would take 2 to 2.5h, but took about 45mins and the charge was $550 + fuel surcharge (if flange was not damaged). I thought this was quite high but based on Webber's ratings I figured it had to be right. Later found out that a experienced plumber would only charge around $200. Too bad, will not use T Webber again.

Paid $60 to get them to give estimate. One of their plumbers came on-site and said to replace the faucet was $800 and they only used a certain three faucets so I couldnlt opick a different one but he was allowed to drop it to $700. I said it was just way more money then I coudl afford to fix a leaky faucet, and he said he coudl call his supervisor to see about droppinng it to $400. His supervisor said no way, i could hear the back and forth because he did it on speaker phone, with the guy pleading that they could maybe do for $350 or $400, and the Supervisor just said "no, $700 is the best we can do." I declined to go further with their proposition, and the on-site guy said of his own accord let me see if I can help you out for now, and he just took a wrench and tightened up the faucet. That was the entire problem, the bolt on the stem was loose. He said it should last a while and only charged me for his time, so I ended up paying $120 total. Five (5) years later still no leaks! That plumber was a very honest man and I appreciated him and would use him again, but I can not see how I could use this service again after them insisting I needed to spend $800 on a new faucet, the existing faucet was a high end piece the previous owners had installed before leaving to help sell the place and not more than a year old. I had my hot water heater blow last night, I had been advised T. Webber might be Pricey but would come quick, then I found out that they could not even give me a ballpark estimate on replacing a water heater without coming on-site to take a look at it, and forcing me to pay $60, and the previous experience came rushing back! I had forgotten it was T. Webber, but they had me on file from 2016 and everything! I understand the need to make a visit to a site to try to track down a leak and give an estimate, but what the heck!? They can't give me a ballpark estimate on a water heater replacement even if I provide you the details of the existing water heater's type, capacity, model # etc, and pictures of the heater, pipes and space, I have to pay $60 to let them see it with their own eyes first to find out a specific estimate,. So I hung up and called a couple other people who said they coudl give me an estimate with the info I provided without having to come on site and without charging me a fee. Yeah, I get that there may be other fees and items and what-not that have to be accounted for, so it's not going to be a full on quote, but this is not rocket surgery, there is a known quantity here, and I can help you source a $600 heater, and it's gonna be a days labor and we know it'll be some bibs and bobs so you can't give me a ballpark? Ridiculous. Given that faucet replacement service I experienced, I wouldn't be surprised if they charged $3500 for a hot water heater replacement, and I wasn't going to spend $60 for the privilege of knowing.

My well pump stopped working the day after I moved into a new house and I needed someone to come out urgently because I had no water in the middle of a heatwave. T. Webber was responsive in sending out a team right away, but these guys looked at the pump for about 15 minutes and told me it was totally shot and needed to be fully replaced. Their estimate for the size of pump I need for my land was $6,500! Luckily, I decided to wait one more day and get a second opinion from the guys who installed the pump a few years back— they actually got down and did the work, found out it was just a wiring problem and saved me nearly $5,000. Webber even wanted to charge me an additional $2200 to install an $800 filter. Short version: These guys are real gougers. Watch your pocketbook!

DO NOT HIRE T. WEBBER. Hire professionals who can do your project right the first time. I had a water treatment system installed by T. Webber on 12/21 and less than a month later, my water still stinks and no one seems to be doing anything about it. I was suckered into paying 7 GRAND for this system, having to finance it on top of all the other new home expenses I've been managing. The salesmen were only too happy to rope me into the payment plan, but when it comes to the value or quality of their work, their responsiveness and their solutions to their RESOUNDING FAILURE to solve my problem, they seem to be absolutely lacking. Don't let them pull you into their "preferred customer" nonsense. I've called them back several times now to deal with my house REEKING of sulfur, and not once has it done me any good. I have had them back once already, where their only solution was to "shock" the brand new hot water heater, which did nothing but stain the clothes I had in the wash. Here I am today, 1/17 (less than a month after installation), calling them back again. After making it plainly clear to them days in advance that I would be going to work at 1:30 in the afternoon, I get a call at nary 11 o'clock today telling me that the tech is "running behind" and asking if I was available later. No... No I'm STILL not available later. I'm not feeling very "preferred" right now, I can tell you that. So. To recap. These outright FRAUDS have suckered me into paying $7,000 bucks for a A) sulfur removal system that does not work, B ) a brand new hot water heater which spits out foul water, and C) a "preferred customer" membership which has done NOTHING for me in terms of quality nor timeliness of service. BUYER BEWARE.

Service guy was on-time and extremely knowledgeable about our on-demand heating system and extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything. He was able to deduce where the frozen burst pipe was and found it on his first attempt opening the ceiling. He also knew how to reboot our tankless water system and get the heat back on. The first plumber we tried had no clue. He also cleaned up after himself and I paid him on the spot with a credit card. I thought the price was pretty fair, and I got very good expertise for that price. We had also used them for air conditioning problems and they were awesome then, I had just forgotten they do plumbing too! They are also working hard to expand their client base and have been calling me to follow up and see if I want to be in their preferred program. I am sure I will do it because my has been when an emergency like this happens you really want someone fast and who knows you and your house. We plan to use them for everything that is in their name going forward!!! I am very happy with them.
Description of Work: A frozen heating pipe burst in the ceiling of our entryway during polar vortex. I had to shut water off and thus the heat. Spent 24 hours trying to get a knowledgeable plumber out until we thought of T. Webber. We had used them before for air conditioning problems and they were awesome then but we forgot they do plumbing too.

Ed and Phil from T. Webber were at my home today to check out my electrical system. Great guys! They were so knowledgable and efficient. I was asking them questions the whole time and they patiently answered every one. They gave me such peace of mind to know everything is running okay. I’m going to schedule to have them come back in the coming weeks to replace the fan/light in my bathroom. I know they’ll do a great job.

That is a rogue company! They sent a guy checking the central air but refused to climb to the crawl space under excuse of back pain. After receiving a hefty estimate to add a zone, I called the company and they agreed to send another guy to climb to the crawl space to take a look at ducts. On the day of appointment, I received the call from the same technician, telling me the story that it is waste of time and money to climb there. Then the call center changed the tone and told me the same story. T Webber is a unreliable company telling lies, try your best to avoid it!!

I think they are a really good company, they are just very expensive. They are very good customer-service wise, but the bids they gave me were really high. They are a fairly big company; they've got a couple of hundred employees. They were very professional and very organized. It was like $7,000 to fix one air conditioner that only does, like, two rooms so we are holding off on that. They were able to give pricing very quickly, you know, map everything out very easily. let me know exactly what was being done and give a detailed quote line item sort of stuff.

After the plumber left, we found that we could not get any cold water, only hot. My husband checked under the sink and found the newly installed line was kinked. Fortunately he was able to take out the kink and restore the cold water flow.
Description of Work: We purchased a replacement kitchen faucet and needed to have it installed. The job took about an hour and the cost of $320 plus tax for the installation floored me! We had already paid T. Webber $39 for an earlier service call to diagnose the problem. So our total cost was actually $359 plus tax. This taught me an expensive lesson. From now on, I will always ask a service provider for a firm estimate before having any work done.

Ismet got to work right away, listened to me and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. I kept him company and watched how diligently he performed the tasks involved. He explained what he was doing and why, and also informed me that my toilet bowl needed to be changed because it uses too much water to flush and the factory holes inside the rim are calcified allowing water to enter the bowl at a rate not satisfactory to have a forceful enough flush.

I've used them about twice to do standard air conditioning maintenance. It [the air conditioner] had just stopped working and they showed up.? Actually I used the same gentleman the second time as I had the first time. He was good.? Actually I've been very lucky.? When I called them, our A/C wasn't working.? It was a brutally hot day and they happened to have, at that time, somebody available to come right out.? So as far as promptness, I would give them an A.? For price, I think I was charged quite a bit.
Description of Work: This was for standard air conditioning maintenance, check up, tune up, etc. The air conditioner had stopped working and as luck would have it, it was the hottest day of the Summer.
