Description of Work: Cleaned carpet and sold us a new pad . Pad was 6 1/2 inches too short. Responded irritably. Returned, but did not fix problem. Please note that this businessman responds to previous complaints with criticism of the customer. Carpet pads should be between 1 and 2 inches shorter than the rug. My husband is purchasing a strip of padding to fill the space appropriately, and will tape it to the pad to prevent uneven wear. A small rug was returned with dirty fringe.

Unfortunately for us there has been no pleasing this customer. She stated that is was "ok" to have the rug pad cut short because it is in a high traffic area, as doing this will help to prevent a TRIP HAZARD. Several large pieces of furniture needed to be moved in order to provide this service, which we did not charge for. What was not said in this review was the cleaning of the rug (with pad replacement) went wonderfully and a wine stain was removed in the process. As for the small rug with the dirty fringe, customer did not pay for the Fringe cleaning service. Not sure what else we could of done for this customer

Description of Work: Used Joe's services to clean my living room carpet. There were no stains visible except under a black light but carpet had dog urine smells from foster dogs marking the carpet which I was hoping he could get out.I cleaned with vinegar, water,baking soda and peroxide prior to Joe coming. Joe sprayed areas as well. Unfortunately, the cleaning did not remove all the baking soda spots and I can see that the dogs still sniff where the spots were so smell is still prevalent. I was hopeful but realize no amount of cleaning can remove pet urine smells.
