Our living room one hadn't been done in ages. He got the stubborn stains out that others haven't. Very happy

Everything went quite well. The most soiled room (LR) looks like "new" for 30 year old carpeting. All stains were quickly removed. Cleaning compounds are extremely effective in removing stains. Representative was extremely professional and efficient in getting the work done,, including carpeted stairway. Excellent work all around! Thank you.

Joe arrived right on time. After I told him what I needed done he proceeded to do the job. Unlike some others, he doesn't use my water but has his own supply in his truck. I was going to have him clean a wool oriental rug but he said his process was not appropriate for this rug. He ended up taking a different rug to his premises to clean it properly. He had to get this rug from the basement but seemed to be no problem with him. The price for this service ( the extra rug) sounded reasonable to me. He was extremely courteous and helpful and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services and certainly would have him back in about a year to redo these carpets. They were very friendly and got the job done that I needed. They were in and out. They were also very easy to schedule with and showed up on time.

They were prompt and arrived when they said they would. They were good. I used them basically to deodorize my carpet and it went well.

They're excellent, they did a great job on the rug is extremely clean and we've had others that didn't do a good job and he did a perfect job.

The cleaners arrived about 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. They began by spraying the carpets with a liquid pre-treatment, which they then vacuumed off (suction only), after which they shampooed the carpets. They turned on fans and lights and, when they were done, suggested I turn on the air conditioning to speed drying. I was invited to walk through the house, using plastic booties they provided, and to identify any problem areas. I was then asked if I wanted to add Scotchgard to the previously agreed services. I agreed, and this extra service was performed so quickly that I expressed surprise when the bill was presented, not realizing that it had been completed. The cleaning was completed before noon. Carpets were too wet for normal use until late evening, and some places were not completely dry until the middle of the next day. The supplied booties allowed us to manage, though my wife's need for a walker, and the need to avoid having the walker wheels spread dirt, limited her ability to go through the house until the carpets dried. Positives were extra attention to difficult areas where high traffic had left especially dirty areas, which now look quite good, and cleaning of two entrance-door pads and a runner that were not included in the description of the work I had given them. Negatives were cleaning around, rather than moving, two very lightweight nightstands that we had emptied to make them ready to be moved, and failure to pre-treat some difficult spots in one area. In fairness, the spots were much improved and I didn't notice them on walk-through. However, I had mentioned their existence in describing my needs when arranging the work, and my wife later complained about them and subsequently applied a spot cleaner. Since the spot cleaner further improved them, it wasn't just that they were intractable stains. I didn't see any sign that the level of cleaning was harmed by the fact that we hadn't vacuumed for several days. However, if I were to do it again, I'd vacuum the night before or the morning before their arrival, since their service didn't include what I had assumed would be a basic preparation for cleaning. I'd also research Scotchgard, knowing it would be offered as an add-on, to decide in advance whether I thought it was of sufficient value and to avoid the discomfort of making a snap decision in ignorance.

He was very prompt having called a day or two earlier to remind of the cleaning to take place. He had another young man helping to do the cleaning with him. I had removed most of the furniture in the area that wasn't too heavy before their arrival. They had completed the job in very short order & departed. I had protective covering over the stairs & did have to wash it after they had left. The hoses were rolled over the stairs to get to the area that was to be cleaned. This didn't represent a problem for me since that's why I had the stairs covered.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I didn't pay any additional.

The entire process went very well. I was very happy with the service. The only quibble would be that the blower filter was not replaced. Obviously, after all of the cleaning there was a significant amount of debris that was loosened up. I checked the filter the next day - saw that it hadn't been replaced - and found that it was completely full. I had installed it only 5 weeks earlier. It is possible that is was that bad prior to the cleaning, and therefor my fault. BUT, I would have expected the filter to be checked after the cleaning. I had two new ones setting on a shelf ready to go - right next to the furnace. Still, overall I was very pleased.

HE WAS INITIALLY HIRED TO CLEAN TWO DIRTY SOFAS THAT HAD BEEN IN STORAGE FOR YEARS. THEY CAME OUT AS I EXPECTED BUT MY PROBLEM WAS THAT HE WHIZZED THROUGH THE JOB. I THINK THAT IF HE TOOK MORE TIME, THAT THE SOFAS COULD HAVE BEEN EVEN BETTER. I ASKED HIM TO DO AN ANTIQUE CHAIR AND A SMALL AREA RUG WHILE HE WAS HERE. THEY WERE ACCEPTABLE AS WELL. I ALSO SENT A LARGER AREA RUG OUT WITH HIM TO BE CLEANED. IT WAS IN DIRE NEED AS DOGS HAVE URINATED ON IT. HE BROUGHT IT BACK IN ONE WEEK AND I WAS 100% SATISFIED WITH IT. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK BUT I DO FEEL THAT IF HE SLOWED DOWN A BIT AND GAVE THE SOLUTIONS AND MACHINE TIME TO WORK, EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

He was prompt, there for a very short window and what he did was amazing. I bought this cleaning for a friend. This couch is beige and L shaped and this person had a dog that has since passed. This dog was huge and would lay up again the couch staining the entire bottom of the couch so it was black, it smelled like dog and the dog shed like crazy. So he has a couch that was extremely stained, smelled terrible and was full of dog hair. I told my friend to throw the couch out but the couch was expensive and he declined. Northeast carpet restored that couch to showroom new. The hair and stains are totally gone and it smells like brand new. I could not believe my eyes or nose. I have very high standards and never thought that I would be satisfied with the results. Thank you Northeast Carpet for a job well done.

He was great. He was at our home for about 3-4 hours. We are planning on having him back out again tomorrow..

Joe is so nice, on time and thorough. The carpet and rugs looks great and is reasonably priced for services !

All aspects of the service were performed very well. One small exception was the air filter for the blower. After the cleaning was performed the filter wasn't checked. I would have thought that it would have been since the cleaning likely cause a ton of debris to be loosened and get caught up the filter the next time the system was run. Later that week we checked the filter just to be sure and found that it was full of cat hair and particulate. We installed the filter only 5 weeks earlier - perhaps it was time to change already. Nevertheless, we are still happy with the service provided, and we would ask them to do the same service again in the future.

Joe came out the week before to give me an estimate. he was prompt and went over everything asking me about particular stains. He let me know what stains he didn't expect to get out and why. He gave me a written copy of the estimate. He followed up with a thank you card in the mail. I called and scheduled the cleaning. He showed up promptly and did a great job. I was very pleased.

Wanted 9:00 AM, he was here couple minutes early. Had some very dirty areas and they came up good. Paid special attention to area I specified. Very good job.

Joe was on time and went right to work. He was careful not to track in dirt when he brought equipment from his truck and got right to work. He did a very thorough job and the carpet looks great. Joe pretreated areas that had been soiled by cats, and those areas came out great as well. Almost all of the stains came out as well as the smell. A couple stains are visible if you look for them, but they're not very noticeable. I'm writing this a week later, and the carpet looks great and the odors are gone. To make the job easier, I moved all of the furniture out of the room that I could and vacuumed. I couldn't move a couple pieces, but Joe was able to get around most of the furniture that I couldn't move. Through Angie's list, there was a special - 600 sq ft for $156 and I bought the scotch guard extra for $50. Very pleased with Joe and would recommend him to anyone.

Contacted Northeast because our old dog had too many accidents on our bedroom oriental rug. I was ready to toss the carpet. Northeast did a wonderful job cleaning and deodorizing the carpet, so it's back on the floor. We didn't get it unrolled and laid out promptly, so there were some ridges in the carpet initially. They have all disappeared. While he was there, I got a quote for our beige berber carpet (installed on slab in the walk out basement). It had tended to get musty and even sour smelling during the summers with the humidity (no a/c), and was quite filthy - home steam cleaning simply doesn't do the trick. Northeast was able to schedule quickly, arrived promptly and was done within a couple of hours, even moving some of the larger furniture we couldn't remove. Turned out great with no noticeable odor. I'm very happy with the work and it was well worth the expense. I don't precisely remember the cost, but I think it was about $125 for cleaning and deodorizing for 250-300 square feet.

This was a first time having my 12 year old rug cleaned - so didn't know what to expect. I live alone, with grand kids (8-2 yrs) visit about once a month). It appeared that he was not going to move a sofa to clean under it, until I mentioned it. The entire job only took about 30-40 minutes. He arrived early, appeared pre-occupied, and seems VERY RUSHED.

A class act; Joe was prompt, extremely pleasant and focussed on the job. Joe cleaned the carpet in four bedrooms, a hallway, stairway and large family room.

I left a message for Joe on Sunday and he returned my call later that day. We quickly scheduled an appointment for him to come to the house on Tuesday, late morning. My husband and I have recently purchased a home and the previous owners left a mess behind them. Joe was able to get some spots out of the carpeting and overall freshened up all the carpets. While it is wet work, Joe cracked a few windows (the weather was great that day) and turned on all the ceiling fans he could find. By bedtime most of our rooms were dry with the exception of the stairs. They took a bit more to get cleaned as they see such heavy traffic in our home. By morning even they were dry to the touch. We were very sad when the movers arrived two days later and mussed up all his work. Thankfully a quick vacuuming brought them all back to clean. We'll be hiring Joe again soon to clean our recently arrived couch and arm chairs.
