Description of Work: They cleaned the vents in my house and strongly encouraged an additional cleaning product to be sprayed in the vents that cost an additional fee. We also noticed a duct in the basement where the joint seemed to have been unhinged and duct-taped back together. Otherwise I didn't even notice they were there, everything was clean and furniture back in place for the most part.

Description of Work: They were on time, The price was fair, My carpets were clean, they did a good job, I did pay extra for scotch guarding and that I was not as pleased with... A few days later, my whole family was in town for a wedding, and were here a few days, and now am feeling like I need to do my carpets all over again.... was hoping by scotch guarding, it would have stayed clean a little longer.

Description of Work: We had the ducts cleaned because I have COPD and dust mold can cause adverse breathing events. Joe the owner of the business, set up the appointment, he charged a reasonable fee ($15 per extra vent) for more than ten vents allowed on the coupon I purchased from Angie's List. He was meticulous in searching out the extra vents. I changed the filters on my air cleaners and with the vent am pleased with the results. I will use Joe's service again and wouldn't hesitate to rercommend him to a friend. DavidM in Syracuse, NY.
