Description of Work: Grinded out mortar joints on entire chimney, applied silicone to crack in crown and waterproofed entire chimney exterior. It went smoothly and took about 6.5 hours.

Description of Work: The top 1/4th of our chimney needed to be re-built due to deterioration and water damage. Their work was excellent and the workers who did the job were friendly and professional. Clean-up was excellent. Everyone we spoke with at the company was clearly interested in doing their best work and to our satisfaction. We've had no problems with the chimney since the repair and we'd definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: My chimney was in great need of repair.From the people at the office to the people who worked on the chimney were very courteous and professional. It appears that they did a great job, but since I don't know that much about masonry, I have to trust them. I would definitely have them again and I would recommend them to others. I had two other estimates and I did not like the people who came out.

+ -1 moreWorking w/ Marc was a pleasure. He was very helpful and was always available to answer our questions. Unfortunately the job he was estimating was on an insurance claim that was caused by a storm. The insurance company cornered us into a specific cost bracket because of a contractor they selected to come out and estimate the work. Because of that, we were not able to work with AAA as they were higher in cost. I would definitely consider working with them in the future should the need arise.

+ 1 moreThe work was done on two homes. The first was an emergency repair to a rental property that was completed within five days from the time I first contacted the company. On the second, more extensive work was done on my own residence. It took six weeks for the special-order chimney jacket to arrive, but once it arrived, the actual work was done quickly and effectively. The workmen were polite and arrived on time. I was pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: They installed a new chimney jacket and a chimney liner, repaired masonry on a facade of the house, and repainted masonry on a second chimney.
