This was fine with me. In July he gave me a 1 day notice by text only, NO call. I told him from the start to please call me only. I do not text. I am a 100 percent disabled retired Air Force Major. It says right on my voice mail. Phone calls only please, no texts. I therefore missed this 1 day notice apointment. In September I received another text from Ians son for some reason. I called him and told him to please please only call me and I have been waiting for them to tell me when they could start painting. That was it, never heard from Ian or anyone ever again. Very, very disapointing. When your paying a company almost $18,000 to paint your property and are waiting patiently 6 months for the project to start and they cannot even give you the courtesy of a phone call. "JMT construction was the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. From the quote process which was short, sweet and to the point. It only took about 20 minutes for the quote and Jim explained everything. Other quotes we got from national brands took 2+ hours and were not as informative. The quote was very reasonable and was so much cheaper than other companies for the same windows!! Jim explained everything and was extremely diligent with communication. He would always notify us when he was on his way and when he was done for the day and what the next step was. He answered all my questions and concerns. The work was done quickly, in a professional manner, and they did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the job. Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim did not. He ordered new windows and put them in as soon as they arrived, at no additional cost or inconvenience. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters. Jim offered to repair the damage at an amazing price and it was done to perfection. I would hire JMT to do work on any of my properties."

"I HAD ATLAS FENCE OF EAST SYRACUSE INSTALL A BEAUTIFUL WOOD FENCE IN 2015, THE WORK, PRODUCT AND OVERALL SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH WAS EXCELLENT. AFTER MANY YEARS OF HEAVY USE OF MY GORGEOUS DOUBLE GATE THE RIGHT SIDE GATE POSTS NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THIS POST WAS LOCATED IN AN AREA WHERE RAIN AND SNOW MELT WAS DIRECTED DUE TO A GRADE IN THE LANDSCAPE AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH PRODUCT'S INTEGRTY. THE GRADE HAS BEEN CORRECTED TO DIVERT EXCESS MOISTURE TO AVOID ANY FUTURE ISSUES. THE WORKERS PAT AND KELLER HAVE REMOVED THE DAMAGED POST, REPLACING WITH A NEW POST, RE-INSTALLED THE GATE LEAF INSURING BOTH GATE LEAFS WERE IN PROPER ALIGHMENT FOR A SNUG CLOSURE SO THE GATE COULD OPEN EASILY AND CLOSE TO LOCK UP SECURELY. I CALLED ATLAS FOR HELP, AND JUST LIKE MY FIRST PROJECT I FELT THANKFUL THAT I HAD INITIALLY CHOSE A COMPANY BACKED WITH MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND HIGH PRAISE. I ADD MY PRAISE AS WELL AS MANY THANKS THAT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ABLE TO MAINTAIN THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND WORKFORCE FOR THESE MANY YEARS! IT MUST BE GOOD MANAGEMENT TO CONSISTANTLY KEEP A GOOD LABOR FORCE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE."
