360 Painting of Syracuse

On May 21, 2024 I hired 360 Painting of Syracuse NY to paint my 6 family house located at 329 Macarthur Parkway, Oneida NY 13421. I have a signed contract with this company to do a complete paint at a total cost including tax of $17,711.00. Everything seemed great with a nice conversation on the phone with the owner of the company Ian Webber. He told me he was busy but could probably do it sometime in mid July 2024. This was fine with me. In July he gave me a 1 day notice by text only, NO call. I told him from the start to please call me only. I do not text. I am a 100 percent disabled retired Air Force Major. It says right on my voice mail. Phone calls only please, no texts. I therefore missed this 1 day notice apointment. In September I received another text from Ians son for some reason. I called him and told him to please please only call me and I have been waiting for them to tell me when they could start painting. That was it, never heard from Ian or anyone ever again. Very, very disapointing. When your paying a company almost $18,000 to paint your property and are waiting patiently 6 months for the project to start and they cannot even give you the courtesy of a phone call. Very very well. A very professional crew and very courteous. They showed up as scheduled and went right to work. Rooms look great, I have hired them to do the outside of my house when weather gets better. Very satified

I had my daughter's old bedroom painted from a deep dark turquoise to a light gray. The painter arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. He took off the light and outlet covers and made sure the items were there so when the paint dried I could put them back on. The price was as quote and they did an incredible job. I will never try and paint a room again myself.

Beautiful, my cabinets and trim were in HORRIBLE shape and the team came in and made them look like new!

Crew showed up and completed job on time. They even came back and fixed a couple minor things I noticed later on.

They are so pleasant to work with. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up perfectly when they were done. Great end product! I finally enjoy looking at the outside of my house!

Extremely well. Done quickly and professionally. All of the workers at 360 were professional, courteous and excellent painters. Would definitely recommend them.

He provided a professional estimate. He was a little late for the estimate appointment and apologized profusely and came over right away.
