Charles arrived with a note pad and measuring tape, others did not. He is prompt, detail oriented, professional, knowledgable and easy to communicate with. He kept the comfort of my 80 yr old parents foremost during the remodel of their only bathroom while keeping myself updated living out of state with pictures of progress. He had a vision for the bathroom and treated my parents as if they were his own. I would HIGHLY recommend Ace Trust Solutions.
