My bathroom is now beautiful and modern due to Charles. It wasnâ t strenuous and it was completed early and perfect. He kept me informed and cleaned up every day before leaving. Now, I have him doing another job in my house. I highly recommend him.

We had our bathroom remodeled in January. It needed to be gutted down to the studs, so not a small job. 90 year old house with the typical, small bathroom. Parts of the floor were rotted, questionable electric, broken vent fan and needed everything updated. Some contractors didn't want to be bothered with it. Charles took on the job and was able to work through all of the challenges that you run into in an older home. For instance, 2 walls had 2 layers of drywall. 1 layer was holding in the blown in insulation so he recommended leaving it which we did. Rather than rip the whole floor out, which I thought might be needed, he was able to remove the rotted parts, replace them and go over the whole floor with an additional layer. There is no more bounce to the floor, it's much warmer and everything is solid. We went from an oversized bathtub/shower to a walk in shower which I LOVE! So much easier to clean! Due to the small size of the bathroom, I wanted to install a pocket door instead of a standard inswing door. A couple of contractors wouldn't even quote it for us. Charles was able to frame it in and install it and it is fantastic. No more lost space in a small bathroom just because of the door opening. Everytime something odd was encountered, Charles took the time to go over it with us and gave us multiple options for how to address it. He gave us his opinion but the final decision was ours. I greatly appreciated the advice as his experience has taught him the best ways to address some of the common challenges seen with older properties. The entire job from gut to finish took about 2 weeks. The remodeled bathroom is just as awesome as I had hoped it would be. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Charles. Once a couple of other projects get done, I plan to call him back for another job and I look forward to working with him again. He is very professional, friendly and easy to work with.

Hiring Charles Page of AceTrust Solutions to renovate two bathrooms was one of the best calls I've ever made. When he came over to check out the job, Charles listened carefully to my ideas as to how I wanted the bathrooms to look, asking focused questions and making a series of useful suggestions as how to proceed. A very short time after the first visit, he sent me a detailed and quite reasonable estimate. He began the job when he said he would and performed in a consistently professional manner. When problems arose, as they will in a 60 year-old house, he offered innovative solutions to a series of odd problems with the plumbing and the wiring. I often got the impression that the stickier the problem that needed solving, the happier Charles was. Throughout the whole process, Charles remained remarkably good-natured and patient, even when dealing with the inevitable problems caused by the Covid-era supply line problems. He was always willing to listen to suggestions that I had, even adopting a couple of them. Charles is one of the hardest workers I've ever employed: his work is meticulous and beautifully finished (he admitted to being a perfectionist). I have no hesitation in recommending Charles completely and will definitely hire him again

Very professional, timely, attention to detail, great communication after each day. Able to make adjustments with small and large change request. Honestly not accustom to such efficiency in a project being completed. I would recommend him for any home project. Nice guy. Love my new bathroom.

BGMG, called me right after I talked to AceTrust BGMG came over that day to give me a estimate, I hired them. Absolutely nothing against Ace Trust, I will probably use them in a future project.

The work was done in a timely manner. The attention to details was excellent. He really had a tremendous work ethic making sure he gave me timelines and showing progress every step of the way. The budget did not exceed 10% over and the only reason for not keeping to timeline was the wait time for products which was not anyone's fault but due to the pandemic. Would highly recommend and already have. Great job!

Professional work using the right parts for copper tubing.

They talk a good talk but they are stretched way too thin and can not provide their services in a timely manner. As far as I can tell this is just a 2 person team. I had a job requiring some electrical work and he told me he would sub an electrician and after weeks of delay said he could not do it. It ended up putting me behind schedule and costing extra money.

Acetrust is very professional and completed the job ahead of schedule. Would definitely use again.
