SPILOTRAS PAINTING

Call in for appt to get estimate & came next day or so. Met owner (Mikehael) @ house who gave estimate via email. I approved & we set a date to start. Day of painting, 2 painters arrived, they introduced themselves to us & then stated working. An hour or so later, 2nd owner (Robert) present @ house to check on job. During the whole job, the 2 painters, no matter what we asked, they are capable to do the whole job! When they said they will be there at 730 am, they were here, ever day. All work performed in a clean & professional matter. I would & will recommend this company.

Estimate was in on time. They were not the cheapest but by far the most professional. Great quality. Handled change orders very well & finished far ahead of schedule.

Working with Spilotras was such a pleasure. I found them here on Angie's List and was confident choosing them from all the positive reviews. One of the brothers came out to make a quote and was very thorough and listed to all my requested and help answer all my questions. Communicating with the main office was a breeze, everyone was friendly and helpful. The first day work was to begin, one of the brothers came out to my house, before the workers to do a walk through. The workers were in the house while I was at work. When I came home my house to covered in tarp and furniture was moved to the side, neatly. All their supplies were stored in the garage out of the way. The last day of work , everything was put back where it had originally came from. The paint job was very good, I was impressed with the detail. When they had come for the quote my dog was in the house and they were very friendly with the dog and said if the dog was staying in the house while they worked they would take him for a walk.

When there was an issue they came back and took care of it right away for no extra money!

It was good. They did a really nice job. It was a little above average on pricing but they did a lot of great work. I was just happy with them. They are a little pricy but I chose them anyway. They showed up on time. They did finish in the 2 days that they said they would. I had a couple of special issues with minor carpentry that they fixed. They did a nice job cleaning up. It was like they weren’t even here. It was good.

It went well. There were additional charges on top of the big deal because I got more work done. I think it was totally over priced.

They came on time.They worked until the job was completed. Very professional and courteous. The owner, Michael, was accurate when I expressed concerns about power washing our deck and porch that are made of composite. He explained that his system was no stronger than a heavy rain. Our house looks great.They say an honest man is hard to find. "Found One"!

It was $605. It was a good job. They were prompt. They were pretty good. The quality of the service was good. They met my expectation. They delivered what they promised.

Rob came to give the estimate himself. He was very responsive with the quote, and quickly adjusted the quote for changes I made on the fly. The price was very reasonable, and his crew was FAST. It was a pretty big job, but he put a crew of 4 people on it and they were in and out in 5 days. I could tell they were pretty conscientious about the prep work. We were very happy with the outcome. These guys know what they're doing. I will hire them again

What a great organization. From the first contact with Jessica, the family-run company exudes professionalism. They were prompt, courteous and tidy. Their fees were appropriate to the job. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Spilotras family!

This job was excellent from beginning to end. Mike came out promptly to give a quote. All details were ironed out effortlessly and the job was scheduled easily. The crew came out right on time and did an excellent job on the work. Their motto is correct, Preparation was perfect! In the end, we are very happy with the work that was done and disappointed that we did not use them sooner. We will definitely use them in the future.

I got three estimates and the other two were significantly lower. I was impressed by MIke Spilotras who came and gave me an estimate - he was thorough, pointing out issues so there were no surprises. NO one else had, but once pointed out the issues were obvious. I'm convinced that if I used one of the other companies they would have painted as they were paid to do, but not made any corrective adjustments. Wy would they care if I had Carpenter ants eating away at the wood, they were there to paint. Everyone, from the Spilotras brothers, to the office staff, to the painters was professional. I lived surrrounded by painters and the inevitable clutter for almost two weeks. There was some mess, not unexpected, but they tried to deal with it on a daily basis. When I was unhappy with cleanup after one long hot day, it was the first thing taken care of the next morning, with follow-up from Rob Spilotras. My house looks beautiful and is now ready for the next 10 years. Definitely money well spent.

I was very happy with the completed job. It was always easy to get a quick answer regarding any question I contacted them with. I did take a while for the job to get done, but that was not their fault just the fact that it was constantly raining. I would def recommend them to friends or use them again for other work.

They were really good. I liked everything about them. I think it was the owner who came out and gave me the estimate and there were two of them who actually did the painting and they were all very good.

Bob and Rob, the owners, were easy to reach and responsive to questions. They also stopped by and checked progress. A company is only as good as the workers they hire to actually do the job. Hector was the lead man. He was a true professional and took enormous pride in the work he did. It was a pleasure to have Hector and his fellow workers around for almost a week. I am very particular about how things are done and I have already hired Spilotras for inside painting work. I will be sure to request that Hector return to do all of the work of my work.

Excellent. I would highly recommend is company. They are very professional, should up on time for the estimate as well as the job. Explained everything that would be done and all was done done exactly as stated it would be. Workers were very courteous and kept the property very clean even during their work.

It went really good. They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, did a really nice job and made sure I was happy with the work.

Michael and his team are fantastic. Our home was built in 1850 and after the work they did you'd think it was brand new. The whole process took several days of tedious work but his guys always showed up on time and made signifigant progress every day. They were really great about protecting the rest of the house from dust and, most importantly, the original hardwood floors of the house. Addtionally, Michael is very responsive via email and sends you electonic estimates promptly after he comes by to size up the work.

I would recommend them. They are a little pricey but the service was good. Very quick and professional. I would give them an A+ for professionalism.

The vinyl siding sparkles and the house looks beautiful.

To reiterate, the bathroom is gorgeous and makes the rest of the house look drab. We're ready to paint the entire house.

The service was excellent, clean and professional. The owner was very interested in the outcome came several times to check the work. Also did some additional things free of charge such as coming back to repair the crack again, custom fit the cover for the one vent for the central air, painted additional door frames. this was difficult work because of our wall treatment much more primer and paint had to be used but we were not charged extra. very pleased with the final product and would always recommend spilotras painting.

Rob and Mike were extremely professional and went out of their way to accommodate the schedule of my house renovations. I moved into my house late October and needed work completed by several providers prior to having the family over for Thanksgiving. Spilotras was honest about how long the work would take. If you have ever done a renovation or had to work with several providers at once, you understand the importance of this! Spilotras was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive, both by email and phone. The onsite crew was very neat (i.e. cleaned up after themselves every day) and respectful. They were on time every morning and worked hard throughout the day. The end result was amazing. In fact, during the project I saw what a great job they were doing and asked Rob and Mike if their crew could paint an additional area of my house. The next day they sent extra crew and got to work. The price was reasonably adjusted. I believe they were priced very fairly for the quality of work completed. I would use Spilotras again in a heartbeat.
