Excellent from inspection, evaluation, and price estimate to scheduling, responsiveness, service, and performance. Owners, receptionist, and workers were courteous and professional throughout. Price was best of three estimates, workers were punctual, skilled. and efficient from start to finish. Completed job in 3 days ( 2 fewer than estimated). It was fantastic. This is a brothers owned business. You will meet owners Michael and Rob. They are personable and treat you with respect. We had a team of 2 long term employees at the house daily. Henry and Jaimen arrived and began every day on time, moved furniture, covered everything that need to be protected and cleaned up daily when the day ended. i have used Spilotras before and will continue to use and recommend their company.

Just fabulous! The painters were super easy to get along with and beyond tidy. They came, they painted, they cleaned up - and the work is wonderful!

The quote was friendly, quick, and responsive and the office worked very hard to be sure the dates for this rather large exterior paint job were of maximum convenience to us - especially since this house is about to be listed for sale. They fit in the interior work when the weather didn't suit the exterior work and both jobs went smoothly and delivered superb results. I would also mention that the crew working here eight days full time was most gracious about doing little extras (I am 76 and one day two of them put down their brushes for a couple of minutes and brought in my groceries for me) and pleasant and trustworthy to have in and around the house. Would love to see them back to work on my next house!

I have used Spilotras for small jobs like this as well as the entire exterior of our house. They are second to none with the same attention to detail and professionalism regardless of whether it’s a half day project or a complete overhaul.

Please do not make our mistake and hire Spilotras Painting. We paid Spilotras $7,750 in deposit on day 1. After 2 days, Spilotras clearly breached our contract by NOT performing in accordance to “spackling, sanding, priming…”. They just wanted to slap paint on as quickly as possible without any prep work, then stopped the work altogether when we requested corrections. In an effort to salvage the project, we asked for a different crew, but they refused and demanded another $7,750! They had no intention to work with us to resolve the issues because they had our money. Adding more damage to us when we requested a refund, they claimed expenses of over $5,000 for 2 days of poor quality work. We asked for detailed accounting multiple times but were ignored because they likely cannot document them. If the total project was $15,500 for 2 weeks, how can the expenses be over $5,000 for 2 days? They realized these numbers were ridiculous, so they came back with another refund offer of $4,200 out of the $7,750 paid, which means they still want to keep $3,550 for 2 days ($1,750 per day!) of horrible work, from which we received no value but problems that we are paying another contractor to correct. We also incurred substantial expenses resulting from moving-in delays. Spilotras appears to feel that since they got our $7,750, they can be arrogant and not accept any responsibility for their failures. Instead, they chose to blame the customer and to extract profit from their failed performance.

3rd time I have used Spilotras in last couple of years. twice for interior painting, now for exterior power wash and roof shampoo. Another great job - on time, clean, neat, thorough, courteous, and professional. A real pleasure to do business with

Wow, I am so impressed with Spilotras! First off, their response time to my initial inquiry was very fast and informative. Second, I was able to speak directly with one of the companies owners, Rob, to set up the cleaning. Rob was fantastic, very flexible and strait forward which is always a plus. Lastly the job itself, I am blown away by how great the house looks post cleaning, this is an old house that’s never been cleaned and it looks incredible. I am so happy with Spilotras and would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again for additional jobs.

I am extremely pleased with the entire process and final results. The painters arrived right on time and spent hours prepping the walls and ceilings. The smallest blemishes in the walls and ceiling were repaired prior to painting resulting in a great finished product. I would absolutely use Spilotras again.

I can't say enough what a great job Hector and Juan did. They were very professional, very kind to my kids and worked very hard. They were punctual, cleaned everything. They were here and working by 8 a.m. All areaswere preppedwith plastic covering in each room. Ceilings were spackled and repaired as needed. Stain sealer was applied and dried . The workers finished all 3 ceilngs,cleaned up, vacuumed and moved the furniture back in place by 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I am extremely pleased with the job they did.
