Rob is a really great guy. Professional & trustworthy. He was very patient helping me choose colors and worked with me very fairly when I gave him the wrong color number (my fault) even though he had already bought the paint. We were lucky enough to have the house painted before we moved in, so the men working had free reign of an empty house, they treated the home very respectfully and the job was done in a timely manor This is very much a class act! Priced a little on the high end but worth it. This is not the kind of operation that shows up when they feel like it or disappears with your deposit. My one tiny complaint....I had some cleaning supplies in the house, including my vacuum. Instead of using their own shop vac they used my vacuum to clear up the spackle dust which clogged the motor and I had to replace the vacuum. I spoke to Rob about it and he appologized but I wish he would have offered to at least split the price of replacement vac. I think it was just a "guy thing" men don't get how little things like the right vacuum make life easier! Please don't hesitate to use Spilatros ! I need the exterior of my house painted in the spring and I am going to call Rob!

Displeased with front door painting of glass panels. Paint was left on the glass where it meets the wood. Particulrly disappointed with the non-response To my written comments on his questionnare. No one came to look at the work or to suggest a solution.

They showed up on time. The crew was diligent about repairing walls. The management was very helpful with color consult and checking in on the work. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were gracious about doing any changes. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very professional, but their price was too high. It was a positive experience but they were too expensive for us. He came with a folder that had all of his licenses, positive feedback, and all kinds of things. Everything was very professional and well done.

I am thoroughly pleased with this company. From the courtesy given at the time of estimate, to the follow through, this company is top notch. Carlos, the painter in charge, is a skilled painter, and perfectionist. His work is impeccable, and the clean up after the job was amazing. Robert, one of the owners, called or stopped by each day during the job to ensure all was going smoothly. They even came back to repair a small crack in the ceiling, and did so at no charge.If you want quality work, at a reasonable price, by people who care about the customer - look no further. This is the company to hire!

Michael Spilotras was recommended by our roofer (A&J Reliable). Mr. Spilotras was extremely professional when he came to give an estimate. He also helped me find a can of paint we had that was labeled the color of the house so all was set. We decided to paint the pipes afterwards, so I called and was given a revised estimate. The estimates were emailed in one day. I checked Spilotras Painting on Angie's List and was pleased to see an A rating with comments that jived with my impression. All phone calls were handled professionally and were returned in a timely manner. I called back about painting the bracket marks left from the old downspouts and was told they would be no problem. We had to hold off for a few weeks due to some unexpected circumstances and Spilotras was fine with that situation. I called the day the roof was finished and the painting began the next day. Two painters came. One of the painters took the can of paint and realized it was a little off the house color. I looked and and found a second can! The painter tried the second color and even had a dryer to make sure how the paint would actually look. The second can was the right color. I was impressed at the attention to the color detail as the difference was minute. It was drying the color that showed the difference. When the painting began, before the men put up the ladders, they used tarps to protect the gutters. That was great especially since the gutters were new. They were very careful and very neat. If I had a question I received knowledgeable answers. When the painters were almost finished I asked if I should leave access to the hose so they could clean up and wash up.They declined saying they preferred to clean up at their shop and not at the customer's site. Wow! There is no way anyone would have known a painting job was done on my property. Before hiring Spilotras Painting, I asked a friend of mine who has done a lot of work on her house about the estimate. I was told it was not the least and not the most. In the end, it was the best as I can smile as I look at my house. Job well done. I would definitely hire this company again and recommend them without any reservation.

They did a good job. They did the whole job in a few hours.

The estimate process was very good. I got estimates from three different companies. They were very professional and provided good brochures on their company. They explained very clearly what they were planning on doing and gave me an initial estimate. They sent me a follow up email with the information so it was excellent.

They were very professional and the quality of work was outstanding. We can't even tell there was a section of ceiling that was damaged. They were on time and cleaned up after they were through. They are a little pricey but I would highly recoomend them. You get what you pay for.

Arriving on time every day and working thru except for lunch, two men worked five days. Always ready to listen to how we wanted things or if there were any changes we decided on. They reviewed the previous days work with us and attended to any minor problems we percieved. They even changed the color on one room after it was painted to what we thought it should have looked like. Every day they cleaned up completely and whn finshed there was little for us to do but some dusting and a little vacuming. The boss followed up after comnpletion to check our satisfaction. Just in case they left enough of every kind of paint used to make touchups ,but there was none.

The crew showed up on time every morning; since I was home during the day, they did not hesitate to ask questions and clarify what we wanted done (what color this piece of trim, etc.) The project took a week, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up once the painting was done. We were very pleased with the result.

I was very dissatisfied with their service. While they were very punctual, they didn't spend more than three minutes talking to me. They glanced at the rooms and gave me a price coat - no information, advice, or specifics. It was cold, yet cordial.

They were pretty good. They did the dining room and the living room, including the ceilings. The patio door has an aluminium exterior and a wooden interior. One of the principals of the firm came over and gave the estimate. I noticed that they were all on time. The guy was on time to give the estimate and the workers were on time to do what they had to do. It took them the length of time that they said it would. There weren't any hassles. They did two coats. They were careful and it was just a good job. I didn't get any competing estimates, so I don't know how I would rate their price. I didn't shop for the price. They followed up. They had their own questionnaire, so I filled that up and gave it to them. I realized that there was a little bit of handwork involved with staining the woodwork. We never talked about the price. In fact, he came and gave us a 200 dollar discount because it was that time of the year. His responsiveness was very good. Their clerical staff at the office was very solicitous. She was good. We plan to hire them back for some exterior work.

Received an estimate and while higher than others their reputation showed you get what you pay for. I decided on premium Aura paint which added to the cost. The work was excellent and they even returned to fix some minor damage caused by the movers. They take ride in doing it right.

They were really good, but a bit a expensive of the estimates that I got. They were recommended and they did a good job.

Showed up on schedule, which was only 4 days from when I got the estimate, and behaved professionally. Did an extremely good job of cleaning up at the end of each day. I requested eco friendly paints and asked them to figure out the proper color for existing radiator covers. Both requests were satisfied. We have old style plaster walls which crack easily. They did an great job of digging out cracks and filling far beyond just spackle. One ceiling was cracking paint and they scraped, spackled, primed and painted multiple times to ensure the problem was gone.

It was a very good experience overall. They spent time in preparing before the started, cleaned up before they left and the quality of the work was good. They gave me an estimate in the beginning and that's exactly what I paid them.

This was a small job. We hung a fixture up and needed someone to fix the plaster and paint. It took some complaining to get it done (like 4 times), but they did come out and fix it up so I am satisfied now with the end result.

The two men who did the work were exceptionally meticulous. The doors and molding were painted one color, the walls another color, and there was carpeting on the floor. There was not a drip anywhere. The painters were also fast; in two days, they plastered, prepared, painted, and cleaned up. One funny thing; they closed off all the closets so well, my husband couldn't get to his clothes the second day and had to wear the previous day's clothing. Next time, we'll know to take the clothes out of the closet first!

It was very good. They were timely. They did the job very quietly and professionally. There was one minor thing we noticed after they left, so we called them and they came back the following day and took care of it.

Mr. Michael Spilotras came to our house, reviewed all details, made suggestions and gave an estimate (firm estimate!). After we decided to go with Spilotras Painting, Mr. Robert Spilotras promised me the week in which work could be scheduled. As promised, he did start the work and completed on time. His office staff (Christen and Joan) were very helpful all the time whenever I called them and quickly got back to me with responses. Finally, Spilotras employees (Roberto and Edwin) who came to do actual work, were very sincere in performing their work, and completed the work as professionals without any supervision, took their time in doing whatever was necessary and needed to do the excellent job. Their intent was to do all work to our 100% satisfaction.

The company stuck with the original estimate. It was extremely high in cost, but well worth it as they provided quality work. This was a very labor intensive job and they were diligent in their work on a daily basis. They cleaned up the area quite nicely. Following the job, I found two small spots which were missed along with an area which needed to have the paint extended to the end. I contacted them about my concerns and they immediately came to correct the issues without hesitation.
