They were courteous, quick to respond and quick to schedule. I had called 4 different roofers to get estimates and they came to the house and gave us a quote that I felt confident in. Some of the others didn't call back for a few days or didn't even go up on my roof for a quote. The work is completed and it has rained a few times since then and so far, so good!

Rick and his crew were on time. Finished in one day. They provided pictures of rotted potion of roof and fascia board as well as repaired. Clean-up was unbelievable and spotless.

The estimate was done very professionally, and within three days of my calling. The estimate was delivered within a three day period. There was good communication prior to the job being done. All work was done very well. Workers were friendly and accommodating. Clean up was excellent. The new roof looks great. The job took 3 days; two days of stripping the roof and installing on the new one. Half the roof was stripped and the new roofing was installed on the first day (Friday) The other half was done on the following Tuesday (because of rain on Monday ). The new eave venting was done on the Monday; so no time was lost because of the rain. There were no leaks during the rain that occurred on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday (between the start and finish of the job). I was very pleased with the work and with the communication. From the time I signed the contract until the work started (about 4-5 weeks) there were phone calls and emails that were exchanged. I was kept up to date on anticipated starting times, and progress. Rick Nick and Dawn were very helpful and always willing to respond to questions..

Proposal included pictures of work to be done, actual work done in a timely manner and clean up was complete.

Owner Rick, was very helpful from start to finish, on time, went that extra 10% and more. Even painted the chimney cap, cut tree branches that hung over my garage.

They promised to plastic off entrance to crawlspace from living room, but didn't. Had dust on leather couch and left handprints all over popcorn ceiling and white wall. Job was well done, on time, but quite the mess to clean and need to paint ceiling. Reasonably priced.

After trying to get three estimates from roofers, Rick was the only one to actually do a written proposal and submit it. He gave a detailed estimate with pictures of current problems on the roof. We were aiming at fall in 2011 but with weather and both of our schedules, I chose to wait to spring 2012. Even though there were price increases since the initial estimate, Rick honored his original price. The shingles I had chosen were out of stock and were substituted with what Rick said were a better quality shingle in the exact color and style I had chosen. They were neat and clean and did the roof in two days. It was found that 10 sheets of plywood were needed to replace rotten underlayment. Pictures were taken and I was asked to come to see what they were finding. When billed there was a detailed description of what was done and how it was done. It gave me great confidence that the job was done well.

The company came to submit an estimate. They took pictures of what we had on our roof at the present time. They brought samples of roofing products for our selection. They also brought a large binder with pictures of previous jobs and reviews. Upon submitting the estimate, we found that they were a bit above the mid range, but the important thing to us was that we felt most confident in this company. I found that Rick was very prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls. Rick conveys the attitude that he likes what he does - and the work done really reflects that. The company obtained the necessary work permit. Upon the installation date they arrived promptly on time, and finished the job within the time frame. The workers were polite and professional. They cleaned up the area, so it looked like there was never any work done that day. My landscaping was left intact with absolutely no damage. They mailed the invoice to us and it included numerous photos of work performed from beginning to the end of our job. It gave us a feel for everything that went on "over our heads" I am very happy with all facets of the work done, and with Tri-Town. My roof looks fantastic! I highly recommend them to others, and I will definitely call on them for any work needed.

Paul came out gave me estimate. After I accepted, he did excellent job. He cleaned up afterwards and did extra by changing flood light outside for free.

This is a very good firm. Had problems from winter damage on roof. He noticed problem with masonry on chimney and referred another firm. That firm did great work, then roofer did his work. He took pictures of the work that needed to be done and discussed with me. When job completed took pictures again and compared with previous ones. Men were clean and presentable and no problems with clean-up. Would go to them in the future.

I spent about $7200 including warranty. They were excellent. They assessed the roof. They provided different options for repairs and multiple types of replacements. They got it ordered and got here. They did an excellent job in putting it up and also cleaning it up. It was wonderful. They gave me a written proposal before getting the job done and that was exactly what I paid. They included pictures of the actual roof when they provided the proposal to see what the issues were. We got a really good roof with a substantial warranty and an extension on the warranty. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
