I had a gutter that was leaking due to a problem with my roof (not extended far enough over the gutter). I called Tri-Town because I have used them in the past for various projects - they came out and repaired it quickly and for a very reasonable fee. No more leaking - yay!!

Summary: The Tri-Town team was very responsive and considerate, providing reliable service and quality materials at a fair price, with timely follow-up to questions/concerns even over 6 months later. Details: Of three companies contacted for this job, Tri-Town's owner (Rick), with the assistance of their courteous office manager (Lori), was the quickest to respond and the best at following up. Both the owner and the job manager (Nick) were very patient in answering my questions about the job design and material options, including the re-use of materials that were in good shape. Given the unknowns of the job (e.g., edge rot, signs of carpenter ants), they provided an estimate that was clear about multiple contingency options. The price was fair - similar to or slightly less than the other quotations. They were willing to adjust the price for work that I could complete myself, and even worked directly with me on installing the new rail posts to ensure I didn't void the new roof warranty. Tri-Town included multiple before and after photos as part of the final invoice/report. Overall, the job was well done. Minor issues and resolution: The roof was first assessed in autumn and Tri-Town was honest in acknowledging that the work should not be done until spring to make sure temperatures were suitable for proper EPDM adhesive setting conditions. We hade to use plastic sheeting and roof patch on the old roof to help prevent further damage during the winter. But we were not forgotten - the office manager called the following spring to get the work scheduled. The work crew was slightly "rough around the edges", but probably not more so than other typical roofing companies. Flicked cigarette butts on the lawn were later picked up. A loud radio was turned down upon request and with an apology. There may be a couple roofing companies in the area that are a bit more refined, but you'll probably pay more for their matching polo shirts. A sub-contractor quickly installed the new gutter, but eye-balled an incorrect (slightly reverse) slope - however, the Tri-Town team fixed the condition within about a week of my call. Several months later, a small leak developed during heavy rains. It was near an upstairs door entry, so it may not have been directly related to Tri-Town work, but they still sent a team within about a week to re-caulk all the edges around the roof and chimney free of charge. Combined with a bit of my own door-step re-caulking, there is no more leak.

Tri-Town Roofing was exceptional from start to finish. We just moved into a new home and were faced with an unexpected water issue. I was referred to Tri-Town by a family member who had used them in the past. I called up and explained our situation and someone was sent right out even though we were both at work. Detailed pictures of the problem area were taken to help us understand what the exact issues were since we were not present for the inspection. The office called the next morning to follow up with a detailed estimate for fixing the problem area and also for an entire roof (roof was old and would need a full replacement within the next few years). Tri-Town gave us their professional opinion but in no way tried to push us one way or the other, they really do a great job of educating you as much as possible so that you can make an informed decision. We received a very detailed packet of information along with our roof pictures and estimates for both of our options. In the end we deiced to do the whole roof. We were told at the time of the estimate that if might be a couple of weeks before they could come out but they ended up coming within just a couple of days due to severity of our situation. The crew was wonderful, Rick explained everything that was going to happen as we walked the around the property. They wasted no time getting work and finished everything in two days, I couldn’t believe it. They were very neat the entire time and by the time they were done you couldn’t even tell they had ever been there, they even cleaned all of the gutters out! I was informed of a window screen getting ripped by mistake right away (no big deal) but they actually replaced the screen the very next day like nothing ever happened. We received very detailed pictures of the entire process from start to finish so we could see where things were rotted, had to be replaced and all the steps that were involved. I can’t even believe how bad it was and how amazing it looks now that it’s all done. This was an A++ job and I can’t say enough about how great Tri-Town was to work with. These guys do the job right and their pricing is very fair for the quality that you get.

They have been working on a roof for 4 days, arriving at 7 a.m. to begin and turning on a radio so loud that they can hear it over their pounding, Needless to say, they are so annoying. They seem to only have maybe 2 men on the job, which is not a large roof.

This was a large roof replacement. It took 2 days to remove the old roof and gutters, 2 days to install the new roof, and half a day to install the new gutters and downspouts. Overall was pretty happy with this company. We have used them for some small repairs on our old roof, but were tired of the constant repairs so just decided to get a new roof. It was a lot of money, but it was the middle quote (of the 3 we received) and has a good warranty. Guys working were professional, nice and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and did a larger cleanup once roof was completed. We did find some nails and other debris in the yard/garden area afterward, but none in the driveway which was great. Very easy to work with the office staff and the crew chief at the job site. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

They were very responsive to my phone calls and emails. They also showed up on time and provided a clear and detailed estimate. They did tell me that I was a bit out of their range and perhaps that is why the price was so high. It was $8,000 more than the next estimate. I did not go with them because of the price - that is the only reason I did not select them. I didn't select the cheapest estimate either, but $8,000 more than the contractor I selected who did all the same work and provided all the same products (GAF) and service didn't seem right to me. Maybe it was the distance. I can't rate the price because I didn't have the work done.

I have used tri town before and have always been pleased. This time we were out of town & a neighbor told us we had water dripping in to our sunroom. I called tri town, explained problem & they went out & took care of it the next day which was a feat all it’s own since it was still icy out. I very highly recommend them.

Nick and crew were on time and worked efficiently. Pleasant to talk and well informed. Hard workers and clean up was excellent! Great job!

Tri-Town was on time and went right to work. They did a good job and worked until the roof was done. Did a great job cleaning up too.

I had ice jam damage to my flat roofed sunroom. I called several companies for estimates, some stating my job was too small for them to bother with, others saying I needed a whole new roof without ever getting on a ladder to look at it. Rick from Tri Town Roofing came out and not only examined the roof, determined my problem, but also took photos to show me what he was talking about. I was so happy to know I didn't need a whole new roof right now! After deciding to hire them, they stated they would fit my job in between other bigger jobs they had. On a Friday night at 6:00, Rick came by to repair the damage and took photos of the repairs he did. I was billed for the work, and couldn't be more pleased. This company did not try to rip off a senior widow and I have the utmost respect for the integrity they showed. I would definitely use them again.

After an initial downpayment, you don't pay them until you are fully satisfied with everything they did. My sister used them as well and had the same experience. Top notch company.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with TriTown. Rick and his crew were incredible. Polite, professional, punctual, and Rick even went out of his way to discuss concerns he had with another contractor about an issue with our insulation. The entire experience was fantastic and they walked us through every step answering all questions we had regarding the roof and the shingles. Lori in the office is wonderful as well, and was so prompt in fielding calls and scheduling the appointments. We had nearly 6 estimates done before choosing a company, and once we spoke with Rick, we knew immediately that we wanted to use TriTown. The time and attention he puts into his craft is only superseded by the time and attention he puts into working with his customers.

Did a lot of searching for a roofing company. Happen to see these guys working in the neighborhood and noticed the workers were really working and not fooling around. Had never heard of them before. Out of the three bids we got, they were not the lowest bid. However, we made the right choice selecting them to do our roof. Honest and upfront right from the start. Professional and detailed proposal from Rick Trzeciak. The workers were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. No goofing around or bad language either. It has been over a year now since the job was completed and we can say with complete certainty that we are glad we went with Rick and his Tri-Town crew. Roof looks great and we are happy.

They were extremely professional. From the initial prompt return phone call to the prompt estimate and completion of the job. They identified and fixed a problem that another roofer had twice and quot;repairedand quot;. All the workers were extremely careful of my landscaping and my home. But most importantly, they fixed the problem! The personal attention, promptness, and professionalism were superb.

From shingles in yard i knew to call them. Used them once before, and very reliable, and show you pictures first with estimate. You know the work is needed from pictures. They do not try to sell you what you don't need. Great company.

In the middle of a cold and rainy night, our roof gutter failed on one side of the house, leading to a nearly sleepless night as water kept loudly and continually splashing to the ground. We had a good-sized puddle-lake forming in the alley between houses, and I was very worried about water in my basement (and my neighbor's). Early next morning (a Sunday), I desperately scoured Angie's List for a 24-hour gutter repair service and found these guys. I left a voice mail on their service number, which was returned within an hour. Rick understood my concerns but warned me that the minimum for an emergency repair visit was $275 - ow!. If I weren't so desperate to get this thing fixed, that quote may have given me pause - but Christmas was approaching, I really wanted this taken care of NOW! Within another hour or so, as technician showed up. Very polite guy,. I explained the problem, and up the ladder he went. Within a half hour or so he had identified the problem and fixed it. He explained what the issue was (screws holding downspout to gutter had given way in the heavy rains), and how he had fixed it (replacing the screws and tightening everything up). I was pleased with the company's promptness, professionalism and courtesy. Hefty price tag, but they were up front about it, and I understand that one pays for such quick service - on a Sunday no less. Would use them again.
