They arrived quickly and did a nice job.

Extremely well. No Issues. One comment was that the worker did not have clean shoes going in and out of my house. My wife did not say anything because she felt bad, but she should not have asked to cover shoes. It was messy.

They came at time promised and diagnosed problem. Drained and treated cesspool.

John cleaned out the sink to the main line using an electric snake. He was prompt, personable and professional. He fixed the problem.

Priority Cesspool advertises "24 hour service and you'll never get an answering machine" and that "Emergency service is our forte" I called twice during the early hours of Saturday morning and both times I got an answering machine. They finally returned my call after 8:00am, and told me they don't open until 8;00am. So I had found another provider. DON'T ADVERTISE THAT YOU PROVIDE 24 HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICE WHEN YOU DON'T

A spotlessly clean pump truck arrived on time. The Service Technician, Paul was very professional and knowledgable. In spite of some very difficult and unique challenges in my project, Priority was up to the task. They made improvements to the septic system. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I was extremely pleased with the work they performed and would highly recommend them.

I called John and left a voicemail and he got back to me immediately. He double checked that I needed a cesspool certification and not an inspection which would have been more invasive and costly, and once confirmed, scheduled them to come out that weekend. The man who performed the certification was right on time and was very quick but professional and thorough. Everything was seamless, and for something requested by the bank so last minute, we were grateful to get it completed so quickly.

The septic tank had been incorrectly vented in a manner that made it dangerous so they replaced the cap and made it easier to access in the future. Everything was explained to me and the service men were professional and pleasant.

Excellent! Priority's service could not have been better. If I could give them a higher rating than A, I would. I highly recommend them. We were scammed by a cesspool servicing company that we found through an online search, then got smart and used Angie's List to find Priority. They were responsive, on time, patient listening to us, thorough in their work, fairly priced and conscientious. It was a pleasure dealing with them from when I first called all the way through the process until they completed their work. I can't thank them enough.

I called and got a friendly greeting. The service call came right on time and did a nice job. i didn't have a problem but I had never had the cesspool pumped in 22 years. OK, it was a brand new cesspool 22 years ago and my first house so I am really clueless. I am told to pump it every 5 years so I guess I was over due. Not having a clue I only had an idea of what the cost was through the phone call I had made to the company. I was told $485 but was charged extra for aeration , chemicals and a tube going to the over flow tank. In total it was $750 with my Angie's List 10% off. Not to bad considering I never had it done before. Ray & Paul were very good at what they do, professional and got me up to speed on what was going on. I recommend using them!

We could not be happier with the service we were provided with and their pricing was VERY affordable. Finding an honest, family owned business is hard these days, well you have found it. Not only was the owner very, very friendly and informative over the phone, he came to our house during the service call and was one of the NICEST people we have ever met. His workers arrived at the stroke of 7:30am, the exact time we were told, they were super nice, knowledgeable, clean and even texted us beforehand to let us know they were on their way. WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They really gave us a great price for emptying our two cesspools and the service was done in a timely manner and our lawn was not left a mess. TWO BIG THUMBS UP! We would definitely use them again in a minute.

As they say, "I've got a guy for that", well now I do for all my cesspool needs. From the owner to Paul, all employees were courteous, timely and responsive. Paul came the day I called and took care of my cesspool and gave me honest advice as to what he would be doing and what I should do in the future to maintain the cesspool. Called and the crew came in 30 minutes. I have public sewer and the line between the house and the main public line is clogged. Guys performed cleaning and the problem was solved in half an hour.

Called on Monday 4/11/16. Quoted on Monday afternoon. Installed on Saturday 4/16/16 in 3 hrs. Area around collapsed old pool was caution taped by Priority earlier in the week. Overall job well done.

I had a terrible smell in the bathroom, thought the cesspool was full. They checked the over-flow tank said it wasn't and that the air vent needed to be snaked out. It didn't work. I had to call another company.

John and his two man team were a pleasure to work with. John came to our house for a detailed quote and took his time explaining our options and explaining how it would go on the day of the job. They worked quickly and as neatly as can be expected for such a messy job. They showed up on time and finished on time & on budget, all while stopping to answer any questions in a professional and friendly way.

Our call was returned promptly the same day and John came next day as promised to investigate problem. One day later the job was done in about two hours, with minimal damage to the area lawn and no mess. Everything was clearly explained. First class service.

Great...I wanted my cesspool pumped and when the tech dug up the pools he brought me outside to show me the caps. The caps from the previous owner were homemade from cement and debris....I couldn't believe it!! To think that my kids have been playing in the yard for 10 years over home-made shotty caps. The tech recommended replacing the caps but since I didn't expect the expense that day he offered to cover the caps but mark off the area to keep the kids away and then called his boss to see if he could give me a better price. I decided to go with new caps. The tech explained the situation to his boss who gave me a discount...the caps were replaced that day. I NEVER felt pressured. The job was done, yard cleaned up. I thought the tech and the company were conscientious and fair.

Owner came and did the work with one helper. He was professional and quick. Work was done without a mess and a warranty on his work was written on the receipt. A good effort on his part.

I called them because my roomate was complaining of a backup in the sink and the tub. Since he was complaining of these at the same time I assumed it was an issue with the pipe going to the cesspool as I've had an issue with it before (and yes, I used the same company both times). When they showed up, they looked at the issue and determined it wasn't a problem with the pipe and actually helped me discover and fix the problem (the stopper in the tub had fallen into the drain and blocked water flow). They even gave me some tips for the sink. This was a great example of a company going the extra mile to help me solve a problem even though it was outside their area of responsibility. Very happy with them, will use them again if needed.
