Had a backup a few days before and wanted to determine if it was a simple clog or cesspool related. They sent out a tech (Jimmy) the same day. He located both cesspools and walked me through my options. He was honest and patient, answering all my questions along the way.

They did a great job! They were prompt, they were very considerate, did a fabulous job, there was no problem, they made their customer satisfied and the price was reasonable.

I dealt with John and Dave. They were always very punctual, the proposal was specific it clearly stated what they would be doing, the size of the septic tank, overflow, main line and the cost. It was all done to code. They were polite, responsive and answered all my questions even after the work was completed, I wish I would have realized or been told how extensive the area that was disturbed would be. I would have removed more of the plants.

Had my cesspool serviced a little over a year ago by Priority Cesspool and thought they had done a good, thorough job but apparently not. Cesspool overflowed again. Priority serviced it again and was happy to charge me. I figured out that they don’t aerate properly. This process should take longer than 10 minutes. Please research the process before hiring and certainly don’t use Priority Cesspool for this service.

My cesspool cap did not have a collar on it and we did not know the exact location. The worker was very clever and taught me a science lesson to find the cap. I greatly appreciated that he stayed with me to help dig it out with shovels because I had family coming in for the weekend and being without using toilets was not an option. So A+ for customer service and ability.

Everyone did a great job, and the damage because of the heavy equipment was kept to a minimum. No surprises and all went very smooth. I would highly recommend Priority to anyone looking for a cesspool company.

I got a note on my door the night before they were going to show up saying that I needed to trim the bushes on the side of my drive way. This was never mentioned during the quotes. Then I was told that some tree limbs needed to be trim but they would take care of it. They cut them and left them on the side of my house. They also cut many sprinkler lines. I was told that they would leave them up so I could fix them. The guy put them deeper in the ground than they originally were. Not very happy with them.

It went well. Poor service man worked for 2 hours in the cold rain. Arrived promptly, same day service. Friendly. After doing some research on many other companies after we had this done, Priority Cesspool is very expensive. I'm hoping with the cost it lasts longer.

I called the office, they estimated it would cost under $500 to do the routine maintenance. Sure enough, they charged quite a bit more and I ended up paying $800 after all was said and done. I would go with a cheaper place in the future, especially after speaking to neighbors about how much they paid for their Cesspool maintenance....I definitely overpaid. The crew was nice and did a good job though.

Made an appointment for 1-3 pm. Showed up at 9:15 when no one home. Said they would come back at 3. Waited until 6:15 for them to show . Wanted $295 to snake drain. Told them ridiculous and took $195. Never again

Paul did a great job servicing my dry-well. He did a complete job, and was very professional and friendly. Priority showed up on time, and gave me a fair price for the job.

Jeremy was really good explaining the services and installing the drain pipe. Paul who followed up to drain the cesspool was great too. Very friendly as well explained what was going on. Highly recommend.

All work from beginning to end was executed with professionalism. I would highly recommend Pritority because they were punctual, showed up when they said that they would be there and did what they said that they were going to do. I wish all contractors were the same way.

Great! John, the owner was super helpful and nice on the phone. Eased all our concerns. The crew, Phil and Tim, showed up right on time and were able to locate the service caps in the lawn in 10 minutes. They showed me clearly how full the tanks were and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The prices quoted were very fair and there were no surprises. It took around 90 minutes. The job was all done outdoors and when they left you would never know it was done. Very neat and professional. The odors, etc we had were gone and we noticed the drains all flowing more freely. Exactly as they said. So glad we had this done before it became a serious and ugly problem inside the house. We highly recommend Priority Cesspool Sewer and Drain. Thank you!

Very well! I called at 8 PM on Thursday to make an appointment for the next day and I spoke to the owner. The technicians arrived five minutes early which worked well for me. Beginning with the owner and the technicians that followed, all were very professional and friendly. The pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
