Description of Work: Arrived right on time. Paul was a pro and explained each step patiently before doing it. He found the access to the cesspool and pumped it, then inspected, finding the cesspool to be the original (50 y/o) cinder block design. Told me the options without any sales pressure. Spent the next hour probing for the rest of the system. Found an odd 2" access pipe (partially blocked) for the pipe leading to (which went off at wild angle) to overflow pool. Found the normal access pipe to pool (also filled to brim). Pumped it too. Then, poured 5 gal. of chemical treatment into each. |I am impressed with all aspects of their work. Enough so, that I just called the owner, John, to set up a date to replace the entire system. |Needless to say, I'ld HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to any and all who need their services.

Description of Work: John installed a new cesspool system. He put in a main ring and two overflow rings. He replaced the main pipe from the house, locating a leak in the old line. He filled in the old cesspool so it would be safe. John was pleasant, professional and clearly completely knowledgeable about the job. When he came to give an estimate, he wrote everything down including the final price, which is what was charged. He wasn't the cheapest estimate we got but we were won over by his professionalism and expertise. We definitely recommend Priority Cesspool.

Description of Work: Filled in collapsed cesspool and removed a hedge to get to the backyard so that my newish driveway would not be destroyed by the heavy equipment. They helped arrange for a dumpster to come pickup all the trees while they were they were pulling them out. They were professional and thorough and left my yard in great condition considering all the heavy equipment.

Description of Work: I purchased my home 2 years ago and was unsure when the last time the cesspool was drained. I wanted to be proactive and get it drained so that I wouldn't come home to a house filled with poop. The service was scheduled the following day and they arrived promptly. After examining the cesspool they found several issues - one which was serious. The technician was very informative and stayed late (worked in light rain too) to get the job finished. Because of the other issues the quoted price did go up from $400 to $1200 but that was expected.

Description of Work: The cesspool had backed up into the basement, and we made arrangements for Priority Cesspool to arrive at 6:30am on a Monday morning. They were there by 6:20am. They started digging and discovered not one but three different cisterns, which were all pumped out and treated. They were professional, courteous and hard-working.
