They were very good. My husband really liked the guy. They always returned our phone calls. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. John was very knowledgable. They did a lot of work for us including quite a bit of digging. We would definitely recommend them again if we needed them.

I called this provider based on Angie's list reviews. I wasn't dissappointed. A bit pricey, but I felt that the tech was honest and did only what was needed. I suspected a sluggish/clogged line from the house to cesspool (noticed water backing up out of the exterior air vent for the drain line). I called Priority (spoke with owner John) and he had a tech (Paul) at my house within an hour. Fortunately it was not a clogged line, but it turned out simply that the cesspool was full (and evidently I caught it before it became a serious problem backing up). Services included locating and stacking both the main and overflow pools with 6" PVC. Then pumping and aerating both pools, followed by acid treatment. I haven't needed cesspool service for almost 8 years, so I wasn't really surprised that I needed service. Paul was not in a hurry and spent several hours doing the whole job. He was very persoanble and he also kept me in the loop as to what he was doing throughout the service. I felt like my job was his priority and that he wasn't concerned about rushing off to another job. I was a little sticker shocked with the $1200 price tag, but I shaved 10% off of that with an Angie's List discount. And even though it still cost a little over $1K with the sales tax, if it gets me another 7 or 8 years of trouble-free drainage, then it's worth it. I am writing this review two months after the service and haven't had any further issues, so the services that Priority provided was obviously the correct remedy. I would call this company again if needed and would recommend them without hesitation.

John at Priority came and put his camera into our clogged pipe and saw the collapsed area. He gave us an estimate for several options, the best being a new cesspool. John and his assistant came and installed a new cesspool with a huge excavator. They were smooth, professional, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

John was every nice and easy to work with. He was prompt in returning calls and providing estimates via email. All work was conducted within the time I was told. Paul arrived promptly on time. He helped us locate our cesspool in our new home. He was friendly with our pet, and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. I plan on using this company for any of my sewer, or septic needs. They have a customer for life.

Called the company on Saturday set up an appointment for 8:00 Monday morning Monday morning at 8:00 exactly they arrived The technician explained the different options I had available to solve the problem I chose to have the cesspool pumped , aerated with chemicals added They then located the pipe that leads into the cesspool and did what was necessary The job was done very cleanly and quickly . The system now works fine

They answered their phone calls promptly. They came to the house and gave us an idea of what our system would need. We wanted to be cleaned thoroughly because we were having major complications with it. They did an excellent job and they cleaned up afterwards. We haven't had any problems since. They gave us a rough estimate of what it would cost and then when they did the work, they kept us informed. They were nice and they were professional. They seemed conscientious about their work. They were excellent and we would definitely use them again.

Paul arrived on time, and spend a few hours diagnosing and fixing the problem. He needed to clear out a clog in the sewage lines and main trap. The access point was difficult to get to since it probably wasn't touched in more than 20 years.

Priority Cesspool is my go-to company for any cesspool or dry well issues on my property. I honestly would never even consider using anyone else. They installed new cesspools for me about 2 years ago and the experience was awesome - probably the best contractor I have ever worked with. So of course when my dry well filled up, they were my first phone call. Paul did this job (he also helped install the cesspools) and quickly found the dry well (I had no clue where it was), installed an access pipe, and pumped it out. As expected, I was very happy with the service. This is really a company you can trust to do a good job - I highly recommend them.

First I had Paul come and pump my cesspool out. After further inspection he made me aware of how dangerous my situation was and explained to me what needed to be done. Just recently before that i had a company come and pump my cesspool and put a new pipe in from my main cesspool to my over flow. Which by the way wasn't the problem. I later found out that he just moved my waste from my cesspool to my overflow ruining my overflow. within 3 months cesspool was filled to the top again.Paul then called his boss(John) and let him know of my dangerous situation. John was nice enough to offer me: If I get the work done needed through priority that the charges for the pumping and chemicals, would be deducted off the total job charges. John and Mike came to my house after working an emergency call they got the night before.After working all night into the morning, they came to my house and did all the work stated. They worked very hard and only stopped once. Only because I made them stop for lunch. they worked tirelessly into the night and didn't leave till the job was completed. By no means was this a small job. They were very friendly and professional. I had three children who was very interested in what they were doing and John and Mike took the time to explain to them what was going on. Very kid friendly. I highly recommend this company and would never go anywhere else for any future services. If you are reading this review don't bother looking anywhere else. I have been scammed by other cesspool companies before. This company is the REAL deal. Thanks again, John and Mike and Paul, you guys a true Gentlemen.

He was excellent. It takes while for the ground to settle and then he came back with no problem and he filled the depression where the old pool was. He is very knowledgeable, very efficient and really knew what he was doing.

We were extremely pleased with the work performed. I was also very impressed that Paul from Priority actually called back in a timely fashion on the initial phone call. Unfortunately, a phone call back seems to be the most difficult part when seeking out help. Paul and another gentleman arrived first thing in the morning as promised. They serviced the cesspool ( pumped , aerated, chemicals) in addition to removing a clog I had from the main to the pool. We will definitely use Priority in the future.

I had a new septic tank installed. The job was done very well. This company has one of the best price/quality ratio I've ever seen.

I particularly like the professional attitude and willingness to discuss the problem in detail. Did not comment on the price because I didn't do any comparison shopping, but I believe it is within the common range around here.

Showed up on time Technician (Paul) was on time, polite knowledgeable and friendly Walked me through the process in advance detailing the options and costs associated with each service item. I would reccomend them to family and friends

Our cesspool was overflowing onto our front lawn and we expected the worst. So, I called Priority Cesspool Sewer and Drain, and Paul was sent out right away. My wife and I were surprised at how quickly they were able to come out, within a couple hours Paul was at our home checking it out. After an inspection he thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done. There was absolutely no added charges or extra issues popping up as he worked. Since my Wife was dealing with it, I expected the usual "Well, you also need..." but nope, It was a simple Cesspool pumping, and he told us it was routine, and not to worry. Not knowing anything about cesspools we could have easily been "sold" on extra services, but Paul was a total professional and never did we feel like he was "selling" us on anything. He completely educated us on the system we have and what needed to be done, he pumped the main Cesspool and the overflow tank and he did it quickly and inexpensively. We are really really happy with the service and would highly recommend the service to anyone who wants no-nonsense, quick, inexpensive, reliable, and prompt service. Priority was the appitamy of professionalism.. From the first phone call to the finality of the job.. We were very impressed with their accuracy on all aspects as well as promptness and communication. we will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family. Everything went even better than expected. Paul came and he was on time, friendly, professional, and neat. He quickly located both the cesspool and the overflow tank, removed the covering lid, and showed me how full and compacted our cesspool was. The contents were solid like a rock. He worked quickly and thoroughly and in a very short time had it all clean. He placed an access pipe and cover into the overflow tank to make ut easier to check on subsequent ckeanings, and replaced the cover and sod so neatly you could not even tell he was there. The grass looked undisturbed. It was so easy, fast, clean, and well done that I will never dread doing this again. I would definitely reccomend Paul and Priority Cesspool - he's terrific! I'll be calling on him in 2 years for my next service. And you know what? There was no odor!! Even when standing right over the open cesspool - don't know what he used but ut was great.

It went very well. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and gave us a 60 day guarantee! Hopefully we will not need his services again, but if we do - he is definitely our first call.

The whole experience was great

If there were a higher rating than "A", John and his crew (Paul and Mike) deserve it. We called them based on Angie's list recommendation. We had a backup in the basement from the washing machine drain line. They came promptly and diagnosed the problem and made appointment to do the work. They showed up on time, did the work exactly as they said it would be done in the time they said. And did a few little extras for no additional charge. The whole process was a thoroughly professional experience. Cannot think of anything that could have been done better. (John's ability operating the backhoe was amazing!)

Slow draining toilet and sink on the main floor. Spoke to John on the phone, he confirmed clearing the drain and tank would be needed. Paul came by right on time. Clearly explained how my system worked and what the status was. Main tank was cleaned and main line rooter'd. Paul explained how my leaky toilet could be causing havoc on my system. After 37 1/2 years, our septic tank/cesspool finally got overwhelmed and our house drain piping started to periodically clog and back-up. Without knowing for sure, I called the owner of Priority, John, and he discussed the "symptoms" and cures to the point where I felt I reasonably understood what was going on and how to address the likely problem. John was very professional and patient in discussing what I was facing and what his technicians might or might not discover once they came to the house to directly assess the problem. Our technician, Paul, was very professional and helpful in explaining every step of the process, after he made his evaluation. In addition to first fixing a leaky toilet which contributed to our septic tank/cesspool problem, he went through our entire house to assess our situation. We mentioned to him that we knew virtually nothing about our septic tank/cesspool assembly and had never had the system treated, being very careful over the years regarding what went down our drains. We found an old photo which Paul mentioned was the top of our septic tank/cesspool assembly from when we first had the house built on a vacant lot. We vaguely knew where it was located and Paul used a metal detector to locate the top of the assembly. Paul proceeded to confirm what he expected and pumped out both the septic tank and cesspool, while prepping the assembly with a collar and new cover for future access and treatment. He then snaked out a clog at the adjacent drain pipe on the side of the house and then had us test all our sinks, showers/tubs and toilets to make sure the system was running perfectly. Our overall experience was very satisfactory for this unexpected problem, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Priority to others, or use them again for future treatments.

My husband called Priority Cesspool on a Sunday afternoon and 20 minutes later John (the owner) called him back and scheduled a meeting for an estimate on Monday (the following day), which he arrived to on time. He has an honest, straight forward approach to business which was why we decided to have him install our cesspool and we?re so glad we did ! Our cesspool was full, so John arranged to have it pumped out the very next day (Tuesday). Paul showed up (on time) with a SPOTLESS WHITE PUMPING TRUCK ! All of their equipment is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we have a narrow driveway and a small back yard which contains a shed and deck which John had to work around as he installed the cesspool. Once he got the excavator into the yard (no easy task), he had to swing the precast cesspool rings (8 foot round) over our side neighbor?s house, then over our shed, then over our back neighbor?s yard, before he could place them in our yard ! John explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He is very patient, accurate, and knowledgeable person and an amazingly precise and skilled excavator operator. So much so, that we were able to stand on the deck and watch him install the cesspool ! When I asked him if there would be enough soil over the cesspool to grow grass (and install a sprinkler system), he showed me how much we would have, then (at my request) he made adjustments so that we would have a thicker layer of soil. He was also very precise about the depth and location of the cesspool. John and his staff (Frankie & Paul) were professional and considerate of our needs and requirements. They showed up on time and worked very hard to overcome the obstacles in our yard (which included jack hammering through rock and cement (under our deck) to attach the new cesspool to the house !!! When they were finished our yard was raked out, all the extra soil was removed, and the deck, driveway and street were blown clean. He even made a nice pile of all the rocks they dug up and set aside for me. John then made sure the cesspool location was on the bill so that it could transferred to our property survey and told us that the town inspector had the same information. John, Frankie & Paul did an AMAZING job of installing our cesspool. Thanks guys ! We?ll be giving your number to ALL of our neighbors and friends!!! We?re so happy we don?t have to worry about the cesspool any more !!!!!!
