My technician, Paul, was very straight forward and clear about what we needed. He was completely prepared to do whatever the job entailed and seemed to be experienced and knowledgeable. I would definitely call this company again without hesitation.

I was having difficulty with grey water/waste draining properly from sinks and toilets. Checking Angie's List, I called Priority. Excellent service. Paul Cruz, Foreman/Master Technician, arrived on time and advised me what the problem probably was and what he would do. At every stage of the service, he told me what he was doing and showed me the causes. He also was very direct in explaining what the costs would be. After he finished I could barely tell where he had been working, even though he had to dig up a substainable amount of soil. My system now works perfectly and I am completely satisfied with the service. I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Cleared out blockage in house trap.

This company is great and highly recommend them. They are professional and punctual. They did a great job, and were very nice guys to talk to. They had difficulty at first locating the second septic tank, but then found it. The only thing I would have to say, is I guess from lack of experience, I did not know the cost was for each septic tank. So when it was quoted to me originally I thought it would be that price and not double. But now I know for the future. Live and learn!!!

I flush my toilet and instead of going down it came up This company is one phone call company . one phone call problem solved i called priority and I have to tell you they made me feel like i was there highest priority they book me for 1st thing in the morning and call me and told me they where on there way and as i am hanging up the phone the truck pulls up in front of my house paul the truck driver found my cesspool cover in record time bury (three feet under ground ) within 1 hour i was back in bussiness FAST PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST no up sale no bait and switch do your self a favor call this company you wont be disappointed

This was a job I'd been putting off for a few months but figured I better get it done before the winter. I picked Priority based on other reviews that I read. John (Owner) came when promised to provide an estimate and was nice enough to tell me that there was a 10% discount coupon on Angie's list. They arrived on time to do the work. John, Paul and Mike were professional and courteous. When the work started, John discovered that there was another pipe in old block cesspool. He had his men locate where the pipe led to and discovered an overflow block cesspool. John filled that one in also and only charged me for the pumping fee. It is a messy job because of the large excavating machine used but they took care to restore and level the yard as best they could. I would use them again for any future work.

Great service, end-to-end. Was able to schedule the inspection for the next day and when I needed to reschedule, that was not a problem. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. They arrived a few minutes early and got started on the job right away. Camera equipment seemed to be pretty new and there were no issues. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I'd highly recommend them.

AMAZING WORK! John and his team were professional from start to finish. I originally found Priority on Angies list about a year ago when I moved into my new (old) house. I had gotten my old cesspool drained for the original service cal,l but John informed me that since the pool was original, I should consider getting a new install in the near future and he gave me an estimate right there. He was right, my pool started failing a year later to no surprise. I got a few proposals to compare prices and Priority came in right around the same price as the others. One company was trying to convince me to scrap the cess tank and just do a pool and to go around town code (without a cesstank) to save money. That company only came in a few hundred less than Priority, so i decided to do it the right way with the right people. I do not regret it one bit. They came promptly at 8:30am and immediately started. I was surprised that the owner(s) doing as much work as they were. I am used to owners sitting back and taking no part in their work, but John was the opposite. He takes great pride in his work which is apparent. I also had a tree that I recently taken down and they removed the roots with for me at no charge. What I am most impressed by was their honesty, friendliness and professionalism. I would highly recommend Priority to anybody with cesspool problems (most of Suffolk County lol).

Paul arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He gave me an education on the maintenace of the system and he was not pushy about doing more. He was very accomodating I will not use anyone else.

They showed up ahead of schedule. The work went smooth . They took there time to explain if problem continues of both tanks filling up every 12 to 15 months I should look into another over flow tank.

John and his crew were fantastic. If anyone is looking for a reliable, professional cesspool company, the best thing you can do is call Priority! John was true to his estimate. There were no hidden charges or extra charges. I logged onto Angie's List and am thrilled I found Priority. There is a reason why they have so many excellent reviews, they are just that GOOD! Oh and did I mention after they were all done John and the gang did a great job cleaning up. Thank you John.

Price was a lot higher than the others i recieved and he took a call while he was giving me the estimate.

This was a flawless experience in an unfortunate circumstance. We're new to owning this property, only moved in three months ago. Unfortunately, our engineer inspection obviously didn't include the septic system, as, shortly after moving in, we started having "slow" flushes and bad odor coming from the septic vent. We had initially called John at Priority to look at installing an all-house gray water drywell, and his responsiveness, professionalism and price made him a clear choice. So, when it started to look like we had a problem, we called him again. John sent one of his technicians, Paul, out to assess the problem, and he was great to work with - very professional and very helpful. When he looked at our old system (original to the home, so close to 50 years old), he suggested that we might be able to "limp along" with frequent service calls, but that a new system would be more affordable in the long term. We didn't want to sink the money immediately, so, against his advice, we just had the system pumped. Of course, this had almost no effect on the way our septic was working, and, after some research we determined that we did, in fact, have an old cinder block system, not a precast tank. Again, after some basic research, we determined that John at Priority was the way to go. On the day of the install, John and Paul (and another employee who's name escapes me) showed up early and got right to work. It was unbelievable the amount of precision they used with the earth moving equipment - the entire front of our house is landscaped, but they were able to pull out the old line with only removing two shrubs along the path. They were very careful around our inground sprinkler lines as well, and only one of them (the one that was directly over the spot where the new septic system was installed) needed work when they were done. John and Paul were extremely friendly and professional throughout, and gave us tons of advice on how to best get our lawn and landscaping back when the project was finished. By dinner time, we were "back in business" with a new, precast, high volume septic system, and the yard was nicely leveled and cleaned up. John even went to the trouble of taking the fill dirt into our back yard, where we desperately needed to fill in the hole from the previous owner's removed swimming pool. All in all, John and his folks made this as "painless" as possible, and, based on his work, has gotten several service contracts and a new system install from folks in our neighborhood. He has my strongest recommendation!
