John the owner is an expert and is on a mission to have his best men solve the problem in the most expeditious and pleasant smelling as possible. John sent over Paul who was a specialist hands DOWN!!! I will always use them for their expertise on cesspools and plumbing. Paul came into my house to see where the plumbing was originating and saw some faulty pipes and set we up with an appointment to fix that problem after consulting with head man John. Hands down to this company who was fast efficient and reasonably priced.

Very well. They responded in a timely manner and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Paul was professional and quite knowledgible. He went the extra mile and ended up rooting my pipes as well. While it was recommended that I will eventually need to add a new cesspool the current problem was fixed. I would not only recommend this company but plan on using them when I am ready to have a new cesspool added. Fair and good business just makes sense and it is refreshing to do business with a company that understands this.

Needed pipes rooted. Showed up on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and within 2 hours he located the tank, installed an inspection tube, got into a wall to locate the house trap, and rooted the pipe. Would definitely recommend.

They were good. Their price was probably inline with everybody else.

Overall, the project went very well. He was professional and timely. He thought he could cut, save and re-instal the concrete section of the walkway where the new PVC pipe needed to go, but made no guarantee's. Unfortunately, it cracked during the project (again he made no promises). I would have rated the quality overall an A if cement did not break, but would not hold it against hiring him. He has an outstanding Angie's list record and his overall work and follow up was EXCELLENT. Highly recommended.

Called on a Sunday night and to my surprise I got a real person on the phone. John had someone over to look at my cesspools the next evening. The technician, Paul was friendly and experienced. I had recently moved in to the house and the last owner didn't provide much information on the septic/cesspool system. Paul found the first cesspool quickly but he really had to work to find the cap to the second one. He got them opened and pumped out and sealed it all back up with minimal noticeable damage to the back lawn. He even carefully moved an inground sprinkler pipe that was covering the main tank. Reasonable price, carefully and skillfully done, friendly and helpful service. I would highly recommend Priority.

They were great. I had no complaints. The guy was very professional and nice guy.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company! First with owner, John who always answered phone promptly. Then Michael who called back and efficiently scheduled appointment. As John promised, they call first to inform they were coming in 10 minutes. Paul arrived even a bit ahead of schedule. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Highly recommend them!

Workers arrived within hours for emergency call during an ice storm. The were polite and professional even though they had a heck of a time driving to the appt. I thought their fee was very reasonable and they didn't try to charge for additional services I didn't need. I will use them again.

The provider was prompt, efficient, responsive to all our requests. They answered all if our questions and there were no surprises or questions when they performed the services. Everything was exactly as stated.

I ended up using the services of a different provider due to cost. This provider would benefit someone with less cost pressure and more interest in being reassured about the job itself.

The price started at $395. With the necessary "add-ons" (and of course I was in a desperate situation) all of a sudden the bill was over $800. I was too angry to use them to put in a new cesspool. In checking out the situation other companies would have charged less.

The original scope of work was to also replace the overflow access pipe, but as the work progressed they realized that it was directly under my new paver walkway. Needless to say rather than force me to incur more cost to repair the walkway as well they advised that that portion of the work was not critical at this point in time. They were all very helpful and very willing to walk me through the process including the videoscoping. They came within inches of walkway without an damage to it whatsoever. The only negative is that they were a couple of hours late due to a prior service that they were completing. I completely understood, but I only comment on this because it may have been an issue if I had a tighter schedule. I have used Priority in the past for standard services and would use them again.

Very professional, friendly service. They worked hard to SAVE me money, which is always a pleasant surprise. As pleasant as a cess-pool maintenance situation could be, unless you ended up not needing service.

We called the number on a sunday night and he actually answered! We explained that we had a leak from the waste line in our basement that occured when we ran any water. We explained everything that had happened and he was able to figure out what it probably was. He came the very next morning and sure enough, he was right. The line was just backed up and needed to be snaked. He did that and was done all in less than an hour. Extremely nice and professional and didnt cost us an arm and a leg as we were expecting. (we were concerned our cess pool needed to be pumped). Will absolutely call them with any future issues!

These guys were AWESOME!!! Personable and communicative. They not only found the cesspool in our new home, but found the back up tank as well and drained it. They marked the location of all of the tanks on our land survey. They explained all of the issues with our septic system and were very thorough. I appreciated their work. They left the yard looking as if it was never touched!!!! USE THESE GUYS!!!!!

Simple pool pumping. Polite and on time. Had to have the pool replaced anyway so no other services were done.

I noticed some sediment in my downstairs tub, got nervious so I searched Angie's List for a cesspool company and saw all the great reviews on there for them. I called on a thursday afternoon and talked to John. He set up an appointment for the very next day. He was sending Paul out on friday. Paul even called me to tell me he was on my way so I was able to do my errands and not sit home waisting my time. This is VERY important to me. Who has time to waist these days with our busy schedules. Paul came out and was on time and so professional and friendly. Like he was apart of the family. He was super clean and neat. My yard looks untouched. He had to dig down 2 feet to find the cover. You would never know cause he used tarps to hold all the dirt. No mess at all. My cesspools were full, I mean beyond full. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend they to all my friends and family. Great experience, Price was reasonable. Job was done right. There is nothing I can complain about. I am an absolutely happy customer.

Called and left message explaining issue of finding wet toilet paper underneath vent outside. John called back within 10 minutes. He answered my questions and was very pleasant. Paul the technician arrived 10 minutes before scheduled appointment. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Originally was having just one cesspool serviced but felt comfortable enough to have the second one done and install collar on tank. They are now my cesspool company without hesitation. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

some estimates were more and one was less but the one that was less was not up to code and would limit our use. John was very professional and friendly. He explained exactly what he was going to do each step of the way and guess what, he kept his word and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up perfectly after the job and left the yard in great shape. The owner, John actually gave the estimate and did all the work himself along with a helper. I cannot sing his praises enough. Anyone who uses Priority Cesspool will be impressed and happy they hired him.

Our experience with Priority Cesspool was impressive from beginning to end. John responded to my initial call promptly, followed up quickly with a visit and estimate, set a speedy installation date and answered all our followup questions. He arrived with his team on time and immediately got to work. They were meticuleous and professional, as if they were working on their own property. They had to move a slab of concrete when installing the pipe and repositioned it perfectly. You can't tell that it was ever moved. They took care not to damage anything and when they were done everything was clean and neat, with the front lawn leveled. We couldn't have been more pleased. John and his team are a pleasure to deal with.

They called me back fast, set up appointment for next morning, showed up about half hour late,but "stuff" happens. (pun intended) More then I wanted to pay, but knowing they are trusted I was ok with spending the extra money.

We have had issues with our 'main-line' going to the Septic system, where the trap would get blocked fairly regularly; every few months for example.John called me a few days later to check on the situation, and as of now all seems OK. I would personally highly recommend their services.

I would recommend Priority to anyone. We were having trouble with our system and had to have it pumped 3 times in a short period of time. John showed up on time to give me an estimate and told me what to expect if they were to do the job. They showed up on time to do the work, were professional, and left my property in good condition. We had other estimates but went with Priority mainly because I liked John. He seemed like an honest guy and I liked that he, the owner, would be onsite for the job.
