Description of Work: Waste water in house draining very slowly for about a week... got progressively worse . Priority Cesspool came same day I called , removed outside tank cover found it full . Pumped (hadnt been done for 6 years ) then aeriated . Also found roots in drainage pipe were stopping waste flow rotor rootered 75 foot of exterior drain pipe from house.Lastly put down chemicals.

Description of Work: Very friendly, honest, and professional. He located my tank within minutes. He suggested that I spend a lot of money on a new septic tank in the front yard rather than pay for cleaning service on an old tank.

Description of Work: Called early in the morning on 5/16/12 and spoke to John. Explained to him that I was on a very limited budget, as I only work part time and have health issues. I explained the problem telling him that I didn't know if it was a cesspool problem or a plumbing problem and couldn't afford to get an estimate for both. He felt that it was a cesspool problem from my explanation of what I was hearing in the water lines all over the house. I told him that I had a docotors appointment at 2:15pm. He said he could have a truck at my house by 10:30am. Paul the driver arrived at 10:30am on the dot. Paul evaluated the situation and told me that the cesspool was full, and the drain pine was clogged, what it would cost and how long it would take to get the job done. He also told me that I had an overflow cesspool besides the main cesspool, something I was unaware of as in years past I was told that I only had one cesspool, which really was the overflow cesspool. Paul was great and professional. My cost for the job was $450.00 for the cesspool cleaning and $225.00 for the drain pipe.I gave a B for overall only because when I asked what the warranty on the job was, Paul told me that he couldn't give a warranty because I didn't have the overflow cesspool cleaned, which would have cost me another $450.00, which I couldn't not apply to my credit card. But if I ever had another problem I would call them again.Thank you

Description of Work: My cesspools were overflowing. I called Priority in the morning they said they will be here later this afternoon between 3 and 4 and will call about a half hour before they get there. Paul called about forty minitues before he got here and when he got here he found the pools he pumped them out he installed a 6" tube into the cover. Paul was polite an professional.He answered all of our questions. I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Priority Cesspool Sewer & Drain, Inc. installed a cesspool at our home on Oct. 5, 2011. They were punctual, professional, and the service was excellent. The staff worked diligently completing the job on time. One of the highlights was the neatness of the job. The yard was groomed upon completion.
