 + 0 moreWe purchased this package because we were having our roof penetrated by plumbers with an exhaust pipe and the deal offered flashing for up to three penetrations. I confirmed our intentions with the woman who answered the phone. On the day the work was scheduled, the scheduler from Class-A called to tell us that another job was going overtime and they'd need to reschedule for the following week. The plumbers were already on site, and were unwilling to penetrate the roof if nobody was going to seal the hole they created. So the whole day could have been a complete disaster. Fortunately when I called back to explain the situation, the business owner decided to make things work and came very late on a Friday to do the job. He told us that putting in the boot and flashing the penetration was actually not part of the package we purchased, but that he would honor what the office person had promised and he completed the job very efficiently. So we are grateful that he carried this through as it would have created a lot of chaos for us if he did not.
Description of Work: This was for a roof inspection and light repair - one of the "BIg Deals"

 + 2 moreWith such a nasty winter we started to have ice dams that were causing leaks in many of our window sills. I had shopped around for snow and ice removal companies and all of them wanted an arm and a leg to shovel snow and remove the dams. A Class Builders was not only cheaper than other estimates, the work was excellent, the woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful, and the workers were punctual and polite. Definitely going to use them again for other work.

He provided drawings so that I had very clear vision as to the end result and the entire project came out better than I expected. I had to pick out cabinets, counter tops, flooring, and lighting and Brian made this all very easy. All of his workers worked proficiently. They were courteous, neat and did an outstanding job in a timely fashion.

 + 1 moreThe initial experience and the job was okay but A-Class Builders didn't come back and complete the shutters. I called several times and emailed them several times but no response. They'll say "we're going to come and do it" but they just never did it. To me, it was part of the agreement and they did not do 3 sets of shutters. After over a year of trying to get them, you get tired of it. They did a good job except they didn't finish the shutters. The quality was pretty good. There was a couple of problems with the windows but the people who sold the windows sent a representative out and fixed it. The punctuality was good. The owner's professionalism was not good but the work that his crew were excellent. It was a horrible experience.
Description of Work: We used them for sidings for windows and doors.

 + 3 moreWe had roof boards replaced, new shingles, insulation, one attic window and gutters installed. Don't expect a call back immediately. Do expect kind professional guys to show up
Description of Work: First I want to say that I think Brian (the owner) is a nice man and seemed to know what he was doing. He arrived on time for the estimate and he was one of six people bidding on the new roof and gutters I desperately needed replaced. His price was not the highest or the lowest, but seemed fair. His workers were great, very professional and courteous and spoke English! They said good morning every day and cleaned up after themselves. The gutters are working fine and my new roof looks nice. It was completed in a timely manner. The issue I had was with my attic fan . Once the work was done we were at the end of a cold month and didnt check to see if the ceiling attic vent fan was working. As the summer progressively got hotter we realized the attic fan wasn't working. We called Brian's office more than TEN times before we received a call back. I also wrote to him asking him to please come back and re connect my attic fan. My husband said the ridge vent in the roof may be adequate, but it clearly was not as our attic reached 120 degrees at one point! Brian finally came out to take a look and said his men did not break it, that the thermostat was broken and there was nothing he could do. It should have been hard wired and wasn't.. so we still have a broken attic fan. So far our roof looks good and it's holding up fine. Brian is not good at returning calls though.
