The service was fantastic, they came on time, they are on schedule, they clean up after themselves and I can't say enough good words about them. I will surely use them again.

It was amazing and great experience. I was amazed from the start to finish. They were prompt, timely and honest. They were neat and reliable. The workers were very friendly and kind. The work was very beautiful. Brian the owner was very knowledgeable and I felt he was very honest with us. My husband and I were both very confident that the job was done quickly and correctly.

They have been excellent, above and beyond, there are thing that they were doing that was not as expected and did it even better, and they did on their own.

The whole process was quick and easy. We couldn't have been happier. Several other contractors submitted bids and salespitches. This company was the best.

A-Class Builders did a great job for us a few years ago repairing a skylight leak. Not so good this time. I called last Wednesday morning and left a detailed message saying I needed help with a leak. There was no response so I sent an email the next afternoon (Thursday). I got an email Friday morning from Dawn in the A-Class office that she would talk to Brian Finney about our skylight leak. I didn't hear back until this afternoon (Monday), saying they were booked until mid-January. It would have been very helpful if somebody could have told me that five days ago.

They were really good. I was very pleased with the work and professionalism of the service person that came out. The person that came to provide the service was very personable, and professional. I think he was very fair, and the information that he gave me in terms of, I think that there was something that need to be done possibly down the road, but he did not try to get me to get something right away. I did appreciate that about him.

A-Class builders showed up on time. A thorough roof inspection was made and pictures provided. An estimate for repairs was made timely. I would highly recommend this business. The only comment I would suggest as an improvement would be for the vendor to explain some of the more technical terms to make better sense as a lay person of the written report.

I was contacted immediately via email by Amy and she confirmed the time Tyler would arrive, sometime between 10 and 12pm. On the appointed day he arrived a little after 10. Personable and professional, he got right to work looking at our roof. He caulked the holes around our chimney and the exposed nails and he showed us pictures of the needed to be fixed. A few days later, he provided us with a fair estimate.

I recently purchased a $99 Roof Maintenance Package from A-Class Builders. I took a day off from work and they did not show up. When I called in the afternoon to ascertain an ETA the representative said, "Oops, sorry about that. Can we schedule for another day?" - - - No. You cannot.

Tyler was courteous and professional. Since the job was on the roof he took photos to show me the before and after of the repair. Would definitely hire them again.

It went horrible. They said they were going to refund me and they never even refunded me. There were a couple of loose shingles. They came to the house the first time and said they didn't have the right ladder. They were good about everything. The third or fourth time and said they were going to come out. So a couple of days later to get an estimate for another roof.

I purchased an exterior home assessment package for $49.00. I knew I needed roof repair, decks and extensive work on the entrance and drainage, but I had little understanding of how much the repairs would cost. I called A-class Builders and met with Brian Finney. He put me at ease and helped me to set priorities. Brian was very honest and did not push me to plan for work that was not absolutely necessary. He also brought an architect to advise me on the entrance. He came about three times before I understood what needed to be done. I now have a good understanding of how much I will have to budget for this work and hope I will be able to begin the repairs next spring. Brian was very kind when I told him that I could not contract any work at this time. I would recommend him for being an honest professional who is easy to work with.

The guys that actually showed up to do the work were fantastic- showed up on time, worked hard all day (and it was really hot) and were very courteous and professional. Unfortunately the rest of the project as pleasant. The other people I worked with were also courteous, but inconsistent and very disorganized. I bought a $150 off coupon, they gave me a quote for the work that didn't show it, but when I asked about it they claimed it was "baked in" to the quoted price. The price written in the quote was twice the estimate we got from the guy that came to the house. No explanation for the discrepancy. They said they were going to be able to get the work done right away, but after I sent the deposit it was hard to get them to answer my calls and had to chase them down to get them to actually schedule the work. After the guys were done with the roof it took them 2 days to send someone else to clean up the mess they left in my yard. I just hope the roof doesn't leak.

He looked at water damage in our two bathrooms and confirmed the paint, not the roof, was the issue. He inspected our attic as well.

They are committing fraud and saying work was done when it was not for the purpose of stealing from me. They lied to my wife, they lied to me, and they lied to Angie's List. My insulation is not back on the wall and I have not received a report from them. They contacted me, they said they would give me my money back, and they were hostile about the initial rating I gave them.

Promised to get back to me with a price to do repair work around the chimney (flashing) but never has returned with a price. Also, he was supposed to give me $100.00 off the estimate based on what needs to be done.

Brian was prompt and professional. He explained what what was going to happen and answered all my questions. The work was performed on schedule and to budget. Including adjusting to unforeseen complications. The end result was an excellent new roof.

It went well. They arrived promptly at 8am and they worked for two days. After the old tiles were removed, they unfortunately discovered that the plywood was mostly rotten and most had to be replaced (that tacked on an additional $2,700 in costs but it was not their fault and the owner, Brian Finney, told me it may be the case. This was a necessary project and was essential given the last few long snowy winters. It provided peace of mind that the infrastructure would be protected.
