Description of Work: Removed and replaced,flashing around two skylights. No leaks since, but leaks were sporadic so I can't say for sure whether everything is good. So far, so good. | |Generally very good, although delays getting proposal and setting goals date for work.

Dear Ms. [member name removed], We appreciate your feedback. However, we are disappointed by your review. Our estimator visited your home on the date and time as scheduled. There was a lengthy conversation, with you, that took place in order determine your concerns. Immediately following the estimator did a walk-through of your home with you, as well as an exterior inspection (with numerous photos takes). After completion of the inspection the estimator once again spoke with you and indicated he would follow-up with his determination within a few days. Within that timeframe you were contacted and told that the inspection led us to determine that the roof was still within it's lifespan and that there was NO signs of apparent issues. Upon the conclusion of this discussion you thanked us for "the peace of mind" and did not indicate any dissatisfaction or the need for future follow-up. Once again, we apologize for the misunderstanding and hope we can help you in the future. Regards. A-Class Builders

Description of Work: The gentlemen came to look at my roof, he was a little late for the appointment. He inspected the roof in the attic but he did not go up on to the roof for further inspection. As much as he could see the roof looked good to him.

Description of Work: I can't rate yet as they have not delivered service. appt for noon last Wed. We receive a message near 10:30 am that they will be a little late as running behind and is that all right. So after two hours (little late?) still no call or no show. Finally, we call and say it needs to be rescheduled as we can't wait around any longer. So much for taking day off from work! They say they'll call us back to reschedule appt. 5 days later, still waiting for call. I know they are A rating, so hoping it's just was a bad day on their part. I will update review if and when they ever arrive.

Description of Work: Met with us at our home - Good meeting. Then met us at Home Depot to help us select numerous items we'd need for major home renovations. Spent about 3 hours with us there. Then, despite MANY phone calls to him, WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!!! WE begged his secretaries (went to his office in person - twice!) to just tell us if he no longer wanted the job. No one ever got back to us!!! We thought our home visit and Home Depot meeting had gone great and he was SO helpful and knowledgeable! We ended up SO ANGRY and finally hired someone else!
