Great! Gus was very professional. He replaced our deadbolt and fitted our old keys to the new lock.

Gus arrived promptly and proceeded to make repairs in a most competent, pleasant, and courteous manner. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of Gus' workmanship. Most definitely, we will call INSTALL A LOCK for all of our locksmithing needs in the future.

Two men (Jerry and Gus) came on time. They were very friendly and explained everything ,including the price, to my husband and I. They worked together very efficiently to removed my old broken front door knob and then installed a brand new one. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves. They did a fantastic job! and I would definitely use them again!

Jerry listened to what problems we were having with the locks and walked with me to inspect all the locks and doors. The keys were increasingly difficult to get to turn in the locks.. I was prepared to spend a lot on 12 new locksets and pay to have them installed and re-keyed but Jerry pointed out that the existing locks were well made and could be reconditioned without too much expense. He showed me the cylinders of the locks and how they were of quality brass which was not what I would get today. He told me that the problem was also the keys which were made from the wrong blank form and poorly cut at a big-box store. Jerry went about his work and replaced some parts and cleaned and reconditioned the tumblers, cylinders etc. etc.. 12 locks - it was a lot of work which he went about straight away. The locks all work great now and everyone is happy. In short, Jerry impressed me as an honest professional who knows his trade well, tries to save the customer unnecessary expense and gets right down to work.

Scheduled an appointment for later in the week. Ended up cancelling because I decided to take the day off from work and ended up just fixing everything myself. Called and thanked Jim and advised that I will definitely be calling them in a few months when I end up changing all my doors and need a new set up.

We highly recommend Jerry, the Master Locksmith. The bolt in our front door jammed. We called at 9 am, and Jerry came the same day by noon. He fixed the broken part with OEM parts he had on his truck for a fair price. I was impressed and asked him to take a look a my side door, which I had wanted to re-key so it matched the front. He took care of that and without charging, fixed the hinge so the door was better aligned. Super nice, friendly guy.

Our new house had a combination of different locks and missing keys. Jerry re-keyed all the old locks that he could and changed locks where he could not. Now all doors open with just one key. In total he changed 3 locks and re-keyed 6 others and made 6 new keys. Very professional and fast. will use him again.

The locksmith was scheduled to come between 9am-10am, He arrived at 9am. Very punctual I believe his name was Jerry, he couldn't be any nicer, or professional. He fixed a door issue that I've been having, where the locks weren't properly turning. Basically adjusted the door frame/door jam. He also installed a commercial style sliding barrel lock on the door. he was very knowledgeable.professional,quick and clean. I would definitely use them again in any future locksmith work.

The lock in our back door jammed and the door could not be opened. We called "Install A Lock" to replace the 30yr+old lock. The repairman requested that we send a picture of the lock, so they would know what to expect when they came the next morning. The repairman was prompt, courteous and explained to us what the issue with the lock was. A new lock was installed and additional keys were made, as per our request. This service was provided professionally, quickly and for a reasonable price. I would definitely call this locksmith for lock problems in the future.

It went great. The technician came when scheduled, was responsive and courteous and did a great job. Before he left he even wanted to me try the locks myself to make sure they were all keyed correctly.

Very well. Jerry was running late but contacted us at least two times letting us know when he would be coming. He inspected the locks on the door (there was a doorknob with lock that was in bad shape, as well as a deadlock). Jerry informed us that we only needed to replace the doorknob and recommended that the new lock be keyed to the second lock so that we only needed one key for both locks. Was professional, friendly and his honesty was greatly appreciated.

The entire experience was wonderful. We found Install a Lock through Angie's list. Very friendly and down to earth. They were knowledgeable and did not try to sell us the most expensive item in the store. The locksmith economically repaired the backdoor deadbolt when he could have easily sold us a new, more expensive lock. I highly recommend them.

This guy Jerry is the best. He came to my house to see the special door knobs we had in the house. Then he ordered the lock and had to follow up with the manufacturer a couple of times. He did a perfect job installing the lock, which required extra work because of the door frame. You want to use this guy; he takes a lot of pride in the work he does.

I recently moved and needed the locks re-keyed on my front and side doors. Jerry was fantastic. He was professional, on time, and honest. He also ended up fixing some missing plates on my doors and re-drilled an improperly installed door handle. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable and skilled he was. He did all the work the right way, instead of how poorly the work had previously been done on my home. I would recommend Jerry in a heartbeat to friends and family, and will absolutely use Jerry in the future.

Jerry was honest, punctual and so easy to work with. He left his daughter's softball game to come rescue our 3.5 year old who accidentally locked himself in our bedroom! Our doors are from the 40's and have small old knobs on them with little sliding bar locks on the inside only. Jerry quickly opened the door and then made sure to put a new knob on that won't let anyone get locked in or out again! He was sweet to our son, friendly with our dog and even gave us a discount since we'd used him before. Pleasure to work with!
