Description of Work: We called Install a Lock for a new property. We needed to "rekey" several doors. Jerry took the appointment and it was prompt But the weather took a nasty turn & we needed to re schedule. Tommy took the new appointment and arrived on schedule. Professional, courteous & knowledgable I could not ask for a better result. The Price was as Reasonable for the work I requested. I suspected a few locks would require full replacement and was relieved to only have one out of the 1/2dozen. Hire w/ confidence!

Description of Work: I have had a few new locks put in in the last five years, I needed three keys to operate the new locks and I wanted to avoid needing any additional keys. I called in the evening and he came the very next morning and designed the new lock to require the same key as one I already had He also fixed a latch in about a minute which had kept falling open. A previous locksmith said it would require a new washer and considerable time to fix.
