He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Did say that I could use a new cesspool too. But when I told him my toilet couldn?t flush this co asked why couldn?t the co that came yesterday do it? I said I don?t know. When the new co lifted the lid up , they asked why didn?t the other co yesterday put treatment in my cesspool. They then came inside, unclogged the toilet and treated the cesspool for less money. "
