I've used Zenner and Ritter for years now and wouldn't have any other company service my generator, AC or furnace. Their technicians are always professional courtious and knowlegable.

All was replaced as agreed. My bathroom faucets are running better than ever. The bathtub drain is working better too. .

Great! Nate installed professionally, even going into our crawlspace under the house on a 90 degree day! Other installers wanted to run the lines along the outside of our house. Only Zenner & Ritter offered to go under the house so the unit could go into the backyard. Nate and his assistant were hardworking and knowledgeable. Tom, the electrician from Melton, was very knowledgeable and professional. Having had other dealings with Melton Electric was one of the reasons we went with Zenner & Ritter for our generator. Our salesman, Bill, also got us a great deal with promotions from Generac. All work was done efficiently and cleaned up afterward.

Very professional and courteous company. Recommended a new battery for the generator as ours was 7 years old and the average life is 5 years. Kept the inside of the generator compartment clean. Was very satisfied.

Good quality service. It took them about 8 hours. Communication was fine, no problem at all. They perfectly cleaned up after themselves. They communicate well, they have a decent price. The workmanship is good, the quality of work is good. The technicians are fine. As for improvement, cheaper price.

They had at least 4 or 5 men working on it. They were prompt. They were working. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very good. I checked with a friend of mine and their prices was in the ball park with others. They were there on time when they told me they would be. I have been using them through the years.

It was good. They were moderately priced. Not the most expensive but they were affordable.

They were good, hard to tell on a service visit. They showed up on time. I called them, everything went as planed. I have no idea rather they cleaned it out right but I assume they did. I would say things went well. The technicians are fine.

It went well. There were some issues with the plumbing of the sump pump and they had to come out and redo the PVC upon inspection. I thought their pricing on the generator and sump pump were good, but the accessories were a bit high. So this is why I gave the Pricing and Quality a "B". Overall Zenner and Ritter are Excellent as we have used them for follow up check ups on our HVAC and Generator.

I had a bad, lying salesman. They have informed me that he is no longer with them. He went against what I wanted. They installed smaller unit then what they took out. The old one was two and half ton and replaced it with a ton unit. Said I could use the existing furnace and that was wrong. So that had to be removed. What they did to rectify it was they installed a ductless one. They tired to convince me that the unit size was right. They came up with all kinds of excuses. If the guy would have just put in what I wanted. I just don't think he knows what he was talking about. I have worked with the owner.

It was a timely response and a very candid service call. Very much appreciated.

They put in our furnace and we just went back to them. They were good. Their quality was good, everything worked. They were here when they said they would be. They were on time. Their professionalism was good. The guy did a good job of explaining. He went through what he did an explained it.

Every thing went very well. I now have hot water & the leak is gone. I'm very well pleased!!

I think he did a great job! He showed up when he was supposed to, he did what he was supposed to and he didn’t charge us anymore than what we were supposed to be charged. So, I think it went well! I remember not being shocked by anything. They did a good job!

See above. Also, the company failed to scheedule my original appointment properly and then blamed it a computer change. Whe I said I would find someone else they found someone to send out . After my problem with the humidifier i had to make another appointment. I changed it because of a family emergency and was assured they would come the following day. On the original appointment I got a call as I was leaving the house that someone was on their out. They had no record of the changed appointment. Needless to say I will not use them again. Phil S the second technician is excellent at his work and deserves special praise for his professionalism
