OUTSTANDING!!! From my initial contact with Zenner & Ritter to completion of the respective tasks.....all were done in an exemplary manner. Professionalism and proficiency was exhibited by each employee I encountered. I was advised of my options and was provided with a recommendation. I have light colored carpeting in the basement. To protect the carpeting, one of the technicians went to Home Depot and purchased tarps to cover the carpet. This is just one example of the care taken by Z&R........This is a well managed corporation with a staff to match.

The two gentlemen Rob and Shawn were excellent. Very professional. Very knowledge they did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them again.

Very well - only voncern was that my Aprilaire sir purifier did not work and warranted replacement. The unit was just a few years old and received annual maintenance. Issue was not with this visit - Jim was very professional and thorough in offering corrective options - failure appeared to be either a production failure or the fact that a surge protector was not recommended at installation consequently placing the system at risk.

The appointment went well. I was informed that the repairman was on his way via text. A photo of the repairman was also sent. You knew who would be coming to your home. That was an extra step that would make the customer feel comfortable and secure. I was satisfied!

It went very well! Our tech was Andrew and he was very punctual,courteous,knowledgable,and informative. He explained everything he was doing and did it well. We bought our boiler(furnace) from Zenner and Ritter and will always deal with them for our every need.

Very well. Arrived promply, determined the problem quickly, got the furnace up an running again.

The repair, they were at my house within 4 hours. After a thorough evaluation on my 23 year old furnace, it was in my best interest to purchase a new furnace. For economic reasons, I purchased a new air conditioner also. Excellent salesperson. Excellent installers. They were neat and tidy and prepared. I love the furnace and humidifier. I no longer have cotton mouth at night. I have asthma and I do not wheeze as much. The installation team had a plan and proceeded in a timely and professional manner. They are the best.

Extremely professional and was able to answer any questions I had for him. Highly recommend the company for any future work.

Installation went well. It was their follow up that concerns me. The exhaust developed a leak. They came out to fix it. It still leaked. When I called again, the manager was busy. He never returned my call. The exhaust still leaks. When I called for service on a furnace I just purchased for $4,000, the company representative made me think I would have to pay for the follow up. It was necessary for me to speak with the manager to clear this up.

Our Technician Alex called us in advance to advise he would be at our home within 10 to 15 minutes & he was right on time. He was friendly & pleasant & advised us about how long the job would take. We have a dog we watch during the day & Alex won him over by talking kindly to him & allowing him to follow him to our Cellar where the old water heater needed to be replaced. Again Alex was on time telling us that his replacement would take approximately an hour's time & that's about all it took. He worked quietly & efficiently & explained how the new heater would work once it was installed. He was neat & cleaned up after himself & we couldn't have been more pleased that this process from originally making the call only took a few days for us to get the Job set up. We would definitely call this Company in the future if any Plumbing or Heating repairs are needed. Alex was a complete professional on the job & I'd recommend his service to anyone who is interested in a similar repair & replacement.

he texted was on his way, came on time, listened to my explanation of problem, went right to work with his electrical diagnostic tools and figured out problem was a circuit board malfunction. he actually had a replacement right on his truck, told me the price, then proceeded to fix it. generator is working fine now. he was kind enough to listen to all my questions and give me answers while he was working on fixing it.

There are enough good HVAC companies out there that it pays to avoid Z&R at all costs. I had a generator installed by them and although all seemed to go well at first they screwed up the electrical. They would not take responsibility of their error. They are not an ethical company and really don't care about their customers. My opinion is to stay away at all costs.

Install was good. Customer service rep from pluming department was horrible.

Zenner and Ritter people were there on time actually a little early they worked all day and got the job completed before 5 p.m. The worker were very professional and skilled. Keep me posted on how things were going along during the job.

fantastic. i was disappointed that it required service and the cost and the company agreed to perform the service at no charge because it is relatively new. I have been a long-time customer, 26 years, and have over the years purchased 5 furnaces, 2 A/Cs and 1 water heater, at my various properties. the techs are always prompt, smart, polite and very neat/clean and respectful of the property. Z&R is my "go to" for any heating/A/C and water heater needs.
