Description of Work: I was not contacted as expected, and when I called my order was not able to be found. Once it was, the work was schedule for same day. Installer arrived on time, and completed the work quickly. A number of additional charges were invoiced separately from the deal to make the install meet code and for city work permit. I'm fine with the additional charges, however they were fairly expensive for what was needed.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace, air conditioner, and whole house generator. There were some minor issues that had to be corrected after installation and they promptly fixed it. I still have a small leak from the condensation tube inside the furnace that has not been resolved.

Description of Work: I woke up to no heat in my home. Probably one of our coldest nights. I called Zenner & Ritter 24 hr service and they were here within 1 hour. I needed a new furnace and it was installed the very next day! I was very pleased with Zenner & Ritter and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We needed to have another floor vent and duct run added to our existing forced air system. They were very prompt initially in scheduling us, but then they never showed up and never called. When I called they said they had to deal with people without heat who were priorities-which I agree with except a courtesy call to tell me would have been nice instead of me having to call to see why they never showed up. After that they called me two more times to cancel/delay it due to an overload of broken furnace/lack of heat priority calls before they finally came out. They guys who did come out were great. Quick and efficient and overall the job cost about $70 LESS than the bottom range of the price I was quoted over the phone. I would use them again even though I had the initial issues. If you need them for a lack of heat call, I'm guessing they'd be amazing at promptness of service otherwise expect the same delays I did, I'm guessing!
