Description of Work: Checked our 45 year old steam boiler and all radiators. Determined that we needed a new thingamabob because the radiator in the kitchen wasn't providing any heat. Followed up with appointment to have necessary thingamabob replaced. We occasionally crank the heat up to 62, so that bad boy in the basement is pushed to the limit as you can imagine. Hope it lasts a few more decades, dood.
