Description of Work: They replaced the furnaces and air conditioning for a two family home. (two separate furnaces and A/C Units.) |It went extremely well. Description of Work: Totally horrible. They finished almost 5 months late with the installation of a boiler system and refused to respond to my reasonable needs for my tenant!!! They then tried to sue me for their total ineptness!! A very terrible experience!!!

Description of Work: They installed a home air conditioner. The problem was their lack of knowledge with the proper circuit breaker needed. It took them 3 times to get the proper breaker and attempt to install it. They need to employ people who are familiar with different systems and to get the proper parts needed so that installation can get done in a timely manner. Not take 3 months to complete the job!

Description of Work: Pros: The technician viewed -my generator and reset its self tests. Cons: This was very difficult to schedule because they do not work weekends so I had to take time off of work for generator maintenance. As a single mom, there are a lot of things I need to take time off from work for and this ranks at the bottom of the list. If I had not paid already for the deal, I would probably have gone elsewhere when I realized that. The tech tried to sell me on very expensive replacements (wanted to replace the battery for hundreds of dollars) and did sell me a very over priced air filter that I am not sure the generator really needed. I am not sure what is included in the service and maintenance but I felt like my regular guy did more for the same price. The tech indicated that there were a few things that my regular guy missed though. All in all - the tech was on time, professional, and seemed competent. Unfortunately the upsell stuff really bothers me as a trust issue and I would prefer a contractor who would consider the schedules of people with 9-5 jobs.
