Presently we maintain a staff of over 40 professionals with a fleet of vehicles to provide prompt service. Promotions vary based on the type of service (heating, generators, plumbing, maintenance, etc.), but include financing options, rebates, Energy Star incentives and published coupons. Very pleased with service.
Description of Work: I was dispointed with the time to arrive was to be between 8 and 12 and the service person did not arrive until after 3:00. But he was professional and did a great job. Checked out humidifier on furnace and was very good. Thank you! He cleaned furnace and checked functions. Everything was in good condition.

Description of Work: Generator, which had malfunctioned was checked out and a temporary fix was done. Couldn't do permanent fix because tech didn't have part. If customer service had followed my request to have tech call me before he came, he'd have known what part to bring.
