My furnace stopped heating my house. The fan ran but only cold air came out. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone there by mid-morning. By the time he got here it was working again but it was making a lot of noise. He identified the inducer as the probable cause of the failure and worked on it until it quieted down. He also cleaned the furnace while he had it open to ensure that nothing else was causing overheating (the likely cause of the shutoff). Their basic rate for a house call is around $90 regardless of the work they do, which seems a little steep, but I felt confident that the tech knew what he was talking about and took care of the problem promptly. He was also very open to talking to me about what he was doing and what to expect in the future, which I found very valuable. You definitely get what you pay for with Zenner and Ritter.

The service call was made on a timely basis. I was very happy that the installation crew was punctual and quick. After the job was complete they took time to explain how the new furnace worked.

They arrived on time, very professional, very polite and did just a great job.

Zenner originally installed my furnace eight years ago so we stuck with them. They come out every other year and provide a winter service on it. We pay them every other year to. I am happy. Trust me, if I am not happy I am not shy to make that known to as many people as I can. Their charge tends to be on the pricey side a little.

After the new air conditioning unit was installed, there was a problem with a clogged drain line. So, the contractor came back to my house and cleaned the drain lines for air conditioning unit and cleaned in and around the furnace. He did so at no charge. Thank you, Gary!

The work was done quickly and efficiently. They did a good job. The workers were knowledgeable and friendly when they came out. There were no problems that had to be dealt with. When they initially came out for the estimate, they were extremely helpful in other issues that we were concerned about. We were pleased to do business with them.

Very well. The technician was very nice and courteously answered all of my questions on how my furnace works. They even helped get my humidifier up and running at no additional charge. I couldn't be happier!

I talked to several heating companies before deciding on Zenner & Ritter. Their representative Adrian seemed extremely knowledgeable and explained what would be done and that it would take no more than one week. Unfortunately, he seriously underestimated the length of the project and the manpower needed because it would take four weeks before they were even 97% finished. The worst part is that not one person from Zenner & Ritter called or made contact to say anything about the delay.

I was completely satisfied with my purchase, as Zenner & Ritter were the only company that gave me various options to choose from (More than one brand was presented). The installation was perfect, and I have had zero trouble with anything since their install. They left me details with regards to the warranty, and how their service team operates. They really made this purchase go as smooth as possible, and they are highly recommended. They were on time, and always very professional. I was also pleased with how clean they kept the house during a job like this (removing old furnace, installing new one), and more importantly they showed my wife how to use the new digital thermostat!

I called Zenner and Ritter for repair/check-up service. I spoke to Brian Ritter, and he was able to recognize my needs and make sure that it was taken care of quickly. The serviceman was at my house on the same day, and was able to walk me through what was wrong in a manner with which I could understand. Through the entire process, the staff was polite on the phone, prompt in responding to my problem, and thorough in its service. At the end on the service/repair call, I was extremely happy with the service for the price!! I was fully informed about the state of my units, what was performed, and what my next steps were. There was no hard sell, or pushy sales pitch, just honest information provided, which made me feel like I should trust in the word of Zenner & Ritter. When my furnace needs repair again or to be replaced, there is no doubt I will call Zenner & Ritter!!!

We needed to get our chimney lined to be able to accommodate our new boiler. I told our salesman that I had a fear our chimney was going to be a problem to line. He said don't worry about it, our guys are good. The morning of the install the crew was not able to line the chimney. This resulted in having to use a whole different style boiler, and costing us an additional $900. The company was very apologetic, but I am still out that $900. Be very careful when choosing this company and be sure your salesman covers all possibilities and price changes that you may incur. Our salesman name was Ralph. And the icing on the cake is that our 1 day job was stretched over 3 days. We later learned that the crew had to start work on the "owners friend's" boiler, that is why we were delayed. Amendment ? I found Zenner and Ritter to be very helpful in the resolution of the problems we encountered during the install. The owner went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied in the end.

The workmen were courteous and efficient. They completed the installation in one day. One part of the humidifier doesn't work. They will order and install it. The price (especially after some bargaining)was reasonable. I'll know more when cold weather comes. The air conditioning is working fine.

We did have some problems with the furnace, and they sent Gary to fix the problems. He spent the whole day figuring out the problem and getting it repaired. He is very knowledgeable. They are very responsive.

Zenner & Ritter did a great job. Everything went very well. They did what they were hired to do and did it to my satisfaction. I would recommend them.

This the second time I've used Zenner & Ritter. The crew was very prompt and professional. They designed and rebuilt a venting system that met my requirements.

Zenner & Ritter is a good company. They cleaned up after themselves. I would refer them to other people. They are a good reputable company.

Zenner & Ritter gave me a wrong estimate. After signing a contract with them they tried to charge me an extra couple hundred dollars. Also, it's freezing cold here in winter and when my heat went out it took them two days to come out to fix it.
