He turned off the water line to the humidifier and provided me an estimate for a new unit.

We had them 20 years ago so we were due for a furnace so we just went to them about three years ago. It turned out good.

Received an estimate. Sales person did not measure anything, look at the entire house nor did he explain anything. He stated, "we could have done this on the phone" Hired another company for the job.

The job required unclogging the pipe that drains the water to the pump. The job was done professionally and courteously

My service man was very polite & efficient. I encountered a potential problem & called Zenner. I was referred to a lady who could be the owner. Not sure. She was very curt & not helpful. I made another appointment & she insisted on taking my credit card before she would authorize another service call that i was happy to pay for. I told her that I purchased a furnace & an air conditioner from Zenner, etc. & had used their maintenance service for many ears. I have always paid my bill in full when the tech rep. presented it to me. She told me that it was a new policy. I am going to continue to use Zenner because of the good service I receive from the technicians. All are professional, friendly & efficient. I am only reporting this as it the second time I called & was referred to this woman. She gave me trouble the first time too. Just saying.

Bill came to our home and asked many questions about what we needed to run in case of a power outage. Then he told us what size generator would be best for our needs. The price quoted was good and hadn't risen too much since our last quote four years before. Generac was running a deal for a free 10 year warranty, so the price was really good! Installation date was set for 3 weeks. The crew that came to install was friendly and competent. The panel that was installed was well labeled. The work inside and outside really exceeded our expectations.

Needed a new water heater installed. They brought a new one and installed the same day. I was explained all the charges ahead of time and they explained everything that they did and there were no surprises. I will call them again should I need any services in the future.

It was a Saturday evening. It is like one of those emergencies. You call them and they came out fairly quickly. The staff over the phone was not very helpful. I had called them earlier in the day because the furnace was not working well. When they left, it was not working at all. When I called them back, the guy came back out and they threaten to charge me again within the same day although, he did not. I think that was because the repair person that came out fixed it and told them that he did not. I had an appointment with them the day before and they did not come and then after repeated calls, they came out the second day. The repairmen were professional, but the telephone staff was not.

Installation of a new water heater & bringing everything up to code. Dave and Eric were great. Friendly service from the first phone call. Very accommodating. No surprises. Took away all the old stuff and were gone within 90 minutes. Initial phone contact was at approximately 10:30am and by 6pm we were completely done with the installation. Thanks so much!

It went extremely well. They had to move some wires around on my furnace system and did it quickly.

They did a very good job. On time, no problems. Left the area nicer than it was when they came. Everything seems to work well. They had to come back to start up A/C, whe weather was warmer, which they did. They also noticed a problem with my generator, which they fixed for free, and now i have them service my generator as well.

They were knowledgeable, professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend them. Their estimator, Earl, was very thorough and knowledgeable.

It was fine. They came in after a month. I scheduled it with them over the phone and I purchased it on Angie's List later. The service was fine. At first when I called them to make an appointment, they didn't have a problem. I asked the guys specifically if I could do that and he said sure. Later when he came to show up, they weren't so happy about it. I talked to them beforehand. The guy who came was fine but dealing with their office was not that great because of that.

Once the furnace was installed and winter came around, and the furnace finally came on, there were issues. The furnace was not staying on and it wasn't heating the house. I called them and they came promptly to look at it. The first repair guy didn't really come down, he kind of said that for new furnaces, the air filter could be dirty. The second time when I called back, they came right away. Basically what they should have done is, they should have kept the setting on the furnace a little higher than when they first installed it. The first guy that I called to say the furnace wasn't working should have come down to take a look at it. He shouldn't have just said that it could have been that the filter was dirty. It was a brand new furnace and he told me so. The second guy was great and he came down. He told me that what the first guy told me was wrong and I should have told him that I wanted to speak to someone else. He said that the first repair guy shouldn't have left me hanging like that. The second guy was good.

This is the first time I purchased an Angie's list Big Deal and I was extremely pleased. My furnace was checked for performance and cleaned. The serviceman was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My furnace is working efficiently. I would definitely call Zenner & Ritter again.

The owner, Brian, went above and beyond to make sure we got the furnace installed immediately. Bill and Mike were the installers and they were absolutely wonderful! I feel like Brian was, more then likely, up all night to make sure that we got taken care of and had heat in our house. They're very clean and professional. I would recommend them to anyone! They work with H.E.A.P. and National Fuel and really go out of their way if you let them know that you are handicapped.

Very professional technician who really took time to do a thorough job. He did recommend my getting new furnace but he showed me the rust on the heat exchanger and explained his recommendation. He wrote up an estimate but did not pressure me. My furnace is 32 years old so this was not totally surprising. Prices I still have to research but he gave me 3 to choose from which I suspect were fair. Very timely, came right when they said they would and just was impressed by how much time he took to do a thorough cleaning and inspection especially when I had prepaid with an Angies List coupon.

According to my renter, they did not even look at the water pump/boiler. They told us it needed to be replaced, which could cost multiple thousands of dollars. Had the issue fixed by a friend for only a few hundred.
