Description of Work: There was a mix-up about the day/date of service, the scheduler apparently forgot to put us in, and the service man came the next day. The service was excellent, the service man was professional, knowledgeable courteous,and knew what he was doing. He gave excellent recommendations and arranged for us to have a new humidifier installed. |Thank you very much.

Description of Work: I had Zenner and Ritter come to do a furnace tune-up. I have used them in the past and they have always been professional.

Description of Work: Had to have a/c checked and fixed after another contractor did work on it.. They found what the other guy did wrong and fixed it the right way. Furnace and a/c was working fine and they charged me about half what i thought it should be. Excellent , friendly and professional tech. Would definitly use again

Description of Work: Be aware that "FREE ESTIMATE" is only for a new system purchase and not for repairs or service. They tell me that sales and service are totally different things when they say "FREE ESTIMATE".

Description of Work: I was given information about replacing our A/C on phone. When I had more Questions about A/C receptionist said someone will contact us. (2-3 days before memorial day). Nobody did until we called back after the memorial day. After that the process went smoothly.We have used Ritter and Zenner for 18 yrs for our A/C and Furnace service. They installed both when we built the house.They also do the yearly maintenance on the units for last 18 years. Therir service is excellent and their workmanship is very good.I had approximate estimate of the price from the Lennox website but I did not look around for for estimates from other companies..A/C and Furnace need to be installed properly.I was prepared to pay whatever their price was from the start then having to call another company with problems down the line if I had used the cheapest estimate from that company.From the salesperson to the tehcnician we had no issues. I do not remember that we have had to call them again for any problem after they did the installation or service in the past. Having said that I will keep my fingers crossed. We are in the process of testing this new A/C installed by them. I am kind of confident that we will not have to call them for any problems. I do not know if they do any follow up on the products they install as a part of their client satisfaction strategy. They need to respond to client inquiry in a timely manner especially if they are trying to sell a product to them. May be ours was an isolated case but I am sure they will correct this because of the experience we have had in the past using their company.

Description of Work: Very happy so far... We had Lenox 61V furnace installed, the men that did the work were very nice, very professional, fast and clean.

Description of Work: I asked for a quote for a Mr. Slim Mitsubishi split system. They were really polite and nice but their quote was 1000 USD more than the actual, I paid eventually to another contractor.

Description of Work: They replaced two (2) furnaces. They did an excellent job. I am getting ready to call them again to do another location.

Description of Work: My a/c was not cooling so I called both Zenner & Ritter & Belknap. Belknap was too busy that day but Zenner & Ritter came the same day and restored the needed freon.. All resolved on a very hot day. Good job..
