They replaced four basement windows with glass block windows. They were on time and did quality work in a very time lying manner. I would use them again.

Called 3 weeks ago to make an appt for today as it was a planned day off from work. Customer service was friendly and treated me as an important customer. She asked the appropriate questions to determine window size and style. I received a quote over the phone and was able to make the appt for the day I wanted. The price for 5 windows, 2 vented was in line with all others I had and I didn't have to hassle with coupon. Technician showed up on time as a scheduled. He was friendly and professional, and was well experienced with window installs. Job was completed in about 3 hours and he cleaned up very well when done.

Replaced old, steel framed windows with vented, glass block windows. Exceptionally friendly, punctual, professional service. Recommend them highly!

The Glass Block guys did a great job. The whole job just took a few hours to complete and the price was fair. I would recommend them to others for sure!

I decided to hold off having my four standard size cellar windows until a later date.

I saw a valpak coupon come in so I called. The coupon offered 4 windows (2 with vents) for 389.00 installed. The owner of the business answered the phone when I called and agreed to come out to make sure I had the standard size window (since I was a little worried that I didn't measure it correctly) He seemed more than happy to do it. He came to my house when I was at work and left a message on my cell phone that I did have a standard size window and that he could do the job within a week of whenever I called him back. He charged me an extra 10$ for 2 windows to get the venting on the 2 that were not part of the deal. He was very responsive to my questions and my phone calls. The worker came out to and replaced all the windows within 2 hours and left the window sills looking better than what he walked in to. No mess, no fuss, and the worker explained to me to let the mortar settle before trying to open the vents. Everything looks great and I have no complaints. It was cheap, professional work. I would absolutely recommend their services and already have to my family! Thanks!

I received a coupon in the ValPak mailing and called The Glass Block Guys to redeem. The coupon was for 2 vented and 2 non-vented glass block windows 32x14. I had 4 vented windows installed at a higher price plus the cost of new window sills (per code). I had to measure my own windows (which I was skeptical about doing as I have no experience) but was reassured that the measurement I had matched what would be installed exactly. The team was extremely flexibile and responsive - they answered my emails within the hour and even called me to schedule the appointment within a couple days. I made a deposit via credit card over the phone to schedule the installation - which was 1 week from their call back. The install team was scheduled to arrive at my house between 11-1 pm on that Friday - they arrived around 11:30 am. The appointment scheduler estimated each window would take approximately 20 min to rip out and replace. Due to the positioning of some of my windows, the rip out was a lot harder and took longer. The team didn't stop until they were finished - and I give them a LOT of credit for working as hard as they did to rip out a couple of our windows that were pretty much locked in place to do a basement dropped ceiling and one being positioned under our deck. All four windows were installed within 2 hours and I was able to open the windows within 24 hours. The windows look fantastic!! Even though two of my basement windows were incased with a wood frame - the install team removed the wood frame and molding without damaging my walls or the molding. The wood inserts have to be cut down to fit back in their spots since the glass block windows are thicker than the original basement windows. I would DEFINITELY use them again. Very professional!!! They even vacuumed up their mess and made sure all the broken glass was removed from our rugs before they left. The only thing we had to do was cut the wood down, reinstall the framing and molding and rechalk the area. We should have done this years ago!!!!!!
