The guys were great. The owners were very responsive and kind. The me. That did the work were also knowledgeable and well trained.

It went great. I had previously signed with Buffalo Glass Block Co on Hinman Bflo. on September of 2018. As of January I still was waiting. Twice they scheduled me and no call no show as of early afternoon. After I called they said they were stuck on another job and I should have been notified. Two days sitting home and I was done with them and requested my deposit back and it was honored. The Glass Block Guys were the exact opposite. They scheduled and called me the morning of and gave an estimated time between 11-1 and they arrived at 12. Neat, very friendly and done in 1.5 hours.

Very well. The entire process from the first call, the assessment, payment, and installation went really well. They look AMAZING, and quite honestly is easily the best investment I've made on my home yet.

My experience could not have gone better, and I absolutely love the windows. They came when they said they would, and quietly did their job. They cleaned everything up. In fact, they left my basement cleaner than they found it! I was able to open the vents after the mortar set and love the way they much air in and out as possible. This purchase was such a great idea. It improves the value of my home, it will reduce my heating bills, and it makes my home more secure. I could not be happier.

The Glass Block Guys service was amazing. The manager, Kevin, was friendly and professional. I spoke with Kevin on Thursday, and the windows were installed Monday afternoon. It only took 2.5 hours to remove old windows and install the glass block. The guys were extremely fast, and professional. Their attention to detail, and the care they took while installing the windows were phenomenal. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves, and it was spotless.

What an awful situation on my end and what a great company to help me through it. New house (to me) that needs gutters and grading so when they came to do the work, they weren't able to because the window was pretty much covered with water due to excessive rain. If they tried to do the work, water would've poured in my basement. We agreed that I would dig out as much as possible for them to come back and get it done. Everything was a little complicated by the weather but the first day they came was 12/29 and they were already back and done with the job on 1/8. Also helpful because I texted them a picture of my digging efforts to see if it was sufficient for them to come back - saved both of us time. Also - they made a point to tell me that it would be more economical for me to get more windows done. This wasn't suggested in a sleazy salesman way - it was more 'we hate charging you this for just one window and you could get four or more done for a better price per window'. I decided against it but I did feel they were looking out for my best interest and not simply trying to sell me more. Really great experience, thank you to the Glass Block Guys for helping this new homeowner!

It went great. I spoke with Kevin on the phone who was friendly and helpful. Kevin also came over to get window size estimates because i had 3 full-size windows changed to glass block and full-size windows are not normally done this way. He came over on time, handled the process quickly and was very professional. the window installers called before they arrived at my house, were also very professional, completed the job beautifully, cleaned-up after themselves. Overall, a great job, a very fair price, and i would recommend them to anyone.

The office staff is friendly and professional. Joe came out and estimated the job at the exact day and time he said he would. He seemed knowledgeable and very concerned for me as a customer. I received a call on the afternoon of the scheduled install from the company 30 minutes prior to them arriving so I didn't have to spend he day out of work waiting for them. The crew was courteous, looked professional, and was well mannered. They completed their work with minimal disruption to my basement, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I checked their work before they left. This was a first class install by a company that takes pride in their work and cares for the customer. I have already referred them to all my friends.
