Description of Work: I called T-Mark and informed him that I had been told I had a water hammer by a Cheektowaga Engineer and need a plumber hat was experienced in this area of plumbing. He claimed he knew exactly what I was talking about; He came and spent maybe twenty thirty minutes tops and informed me there was no evidence of a water hammer. I asked him whatt did he think that loud boom was coming from. He said unless he heard it, he couldn't say for sure what it was. His last words to me were, "You don't have a water hammer". One half hour after he left, the loud boom (water hammer) shook the whole house again..This company knew nothing about my situation and I still have a water hammer problem....I am 74 years old and felt very ripped off...I don't know who to call any more..I trusted your website

Description of Work: I am a repeat customer. This morning the pilot light on my old water heater went out, and no matter how we tried, we couldn't get it running again. Previously, T-Mark used to give us the lowest price and performed the work (sump pump installation) without any problem, so I called them again. My call was promptly returned. We worked out a convenient time in the afternoon to schedule the visit, and the gentleman (I believe, his name is Ryan) showed up on time. I expected a pitch for a new water heater purchase. Instead, Ryan simply helped me to re-light the pilot properly and didn't even charge for the visit (I expected at least a $50 charge for the visit). Of course, this makes me a very satisfied customer. And because T-Mark didn't try selling me unnecessary costly repairs today, I am much more likely to trust any future repair advice from this company.

Description of Work: T-mark checked my boiler (steam-radiator heat) and did preventative service in late October. I returned home from Florida today 11/22 to NO heat...I called T-Mark at 4:30pm and they called back to say they would be there within the hour. They arrived and repaired the boiler and got the heat back on. NO CHARGE. Great service, great techs, great company...I will only use T-Mark. Finally a company with ethics!!!!!!!!!! THANKS T-Mark your No.1

Description of Work: I recieved a boiler tune up. Just moved into a house with steam radiators and don't know much about how they work. They came out and showed me the boiler, inspected it and provided some upkeep. Then they showed me how it worked and gave me instructions about keeping it in good working order over the course of the heating season.
