Description of Work: We had some small gas leaks and needed our gas lines brought up to code in order to sell our house. Pat K. Came in and advised us on what REALLY needed to be done which was different than what the home inspector told us. He did an awesome job. He was fast and efficient and very professional. When we asked him if he would put in writing that the repairs he did were what was required to "meet code" (since it differed from the home inspection info) he had no problem doing that. We would MOST DEFINITELY call T-Mark again and actually plan on it when we move to have them install our dishwasher. And we will request Pat K. To do the work.

Description of Work: T-Mark was punctual, did a professional survey, and brought a very competitive bid(among 5 offered)for a first time central air conditioner and replacement furnace(21 yrs old). They, a crew of five, removed the old system, reconstructed a new plenum base and ducting, installed the outside condensor, plumbing, wiring, etc.,and made several changes to their plans that I requested during the installation, without issue. After several hours of work, while it poured rain outside, they picked up the old furnace and ductwork, the packing boxes etc., swept up, and were gone. The system has worked well from day one, and better as we have progressed with our adjustments to the duct controls.

Description of Work: I had T-Mark come out and take a look at my 23 year air conditioner. It was in sad shape so I decided to upgrade to a new high efficency air conditioner. Ryan, the owner, gave me a fair price and we scheduled a installation date. The unit is wonderful and the employees who installed it were very nice and on time. I had a problem with in one week of the installation and the owner rushed out that day to correct the problem. By the next day he had his original employee return to go over the entire unit to make sure there were no other problems. I could not have asked for more prompt and courtous service.

Description of Work: They unclogged a line and it worked.

Description of Work: Investigated noise (hammering) coming from water pipes after we installed a new washer/dryer. He explained the problem, which has become common with new washers, that allow water to spurt into machine rather than just flow, causing hammering. He did inspect pipes and verified that nothing was wrong, removed possible noise-causing wiring/piping. Big problem with getting someone here in Feb., because of the harsh winter causing a lot of emergency burst pipes in the area. We were stood up once before they showed. We've used them several times and had few problems.

Description of Work: T-Mark's plumber cleared out a cellar floor drain and snaked the line from the house to the street. They were the only service I called where an actual person answered the phone at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. An emergency call is not cheap, but rising water in the basement is not a 'wait-til-Monday-morning' situation! A plumber showed up at the house about 2 hours later and had my sewer line cleared in 45 minutes. Both the receptionist on the phone and the plumber were courteous and professional.

Description of Work: My main sewer line was plugged with wipes and lint. Sean B cleared successfully. Sean B was very honest and pleasant. I plan on having my sewer cleaned once a year as Sean thought would help resolve the issue going forward.

Description of Work: I had burst pipe behind a basement wall. The serviceman came out as scheduled, identified the issue, began fixing the pipe that afternoon, but then explained that he needed an extra part, but could return in the morning to complete the job. He did return the next morning and repaired the pipe as promised. He also explained how I could insulate the basement pipes in the future. I was pleased with the service and the price.
