Description of Work: Disappointed. Not much provided for an A/C inspection. The exterior of the unit was cleaned, the unit was turned on, and the indoor air filter changed. No readings on the condenser operation, nor how cold the unit would operate. Nothing I couldn't have done myself. Handwritten summary of work performed also shabby. Can't recommend.

Description of Work: They diagnosed and fixed a problem with our plumbing that 2 other plumbers had been unable to figure out. We were experiencing hot water outages. They. Found a problem with one of our pipes, replaced it and installed a pump on the hot wTer tank so we are now getting hot water much faster and reliably.

Description of Work: Water was leaking from the shower into the basement. We needed a new spout, which would've been an easy fix, however ours was an odd size and most supply stores did not carry it. We were told it would take 5 days to get one. When he came back, he took another look, left to get the part, and came back to thread it on. It would've been really nice if he just charged me for the part and I threaded it on myself. Very nice man, on time, and I would call them again in the future.
