I scheduled an estimate a week and a half in advance. The day before they were scheduled to show up, I got a call asking if it could be rescheduled to the next day. So, I moved my schedule around and waited through the 2 hour window on the rescheduled day, and no one showed up or called. Based on this I chose not to have any work done by this contractor.

Ryan arrived on time to give me an estimate for the furnace and hot water tank. He gave me some good suggestions and options. He made me aware of some energy rebates that could save me some money. I got some other estimates from other company's and decided after some research, his price and products were the best deal. They arrived on time to do the install. I was impressed that Ryan was there to help and oversee the work that we talked about. It was a big job and they were able to work around my schedule to get the job completed. When they were done they removed all the old equipment and swept up the basement, stairs and driveway! I was very happy with the quality of the install, the promptness and the cleanup. Ryan also went over the operation of the tankless water heater and furnace with the programmable thermostat. Overall I was very satisfied the the price and workmanship.

I called T-Mark to clean and check out my central air system because it hadn't been done since before I had moved into my house back in 2009 and it was an older system. The secretary in their office is always very polite and helpful on the phone and Ryan called me back in a timely manner to set up an appointment. Ryan was also very accommodating with scheduling around my work schedule. When he came for the appointment he called before like he said he would and he was on time. He was very good about answering my questions and didn't try to offer me any extras or anything I didn't need just to squeeze an extra buck out of me. At the end of the service call I had inquired about possibly getting a new central air system and new furnace because my furnace was quite a bit older and I figured I would just do both at once. Even though that isn't what Ryan came for he had all the information available that I was looking for and took the extra time to check everything out and sit down with me and answer my questions and talk about the options that were available to me as far as equipment and financing. After deciding to go with a new central air system and furnace Ryan was once again very accommodating on planning installation around my work schedule. He called me the night before to let me know that he wouldn't be doing the installation but I could expect Mike and Mario the next morning. Mike and Mario called when they were on their way and were also on time. They were both very nice, very courteous and were good about answering any questions I had. Installation took no time and you couldn't even tell they were there after they cleaned up. Mike and Mario also offered some tips to help keep the AC and furnace running smoothly in the future and Ryan was nice enough to follow up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with installation and make sure everything was running well. I originally called T-Mark for my HVAC needs because I was very pleased with some plumbing work that they had done for me in the winter time and I am once again more than satisfied with their services. Every person I have come into contact with at T-Mark has been so nice. As a 28 year old, single, female, homeowner I genuinely feel they are a very honest company and don't see me as a target to make a little extra money like a lot of other companies would. T-Mark will definitely be my go to company for any heating, cooling or plumbing needs that I may have in the future!

Called the morning and booked an afternoon appt. They called back within 2 hours and said they had a plumber available early that could be at the house in 20 minutes. Exactly 20 minutes later the truck pulled up. Great service, great work and the price was extremely reasonable. The next time I need a plumber, they will be the first call I make.

The overall experience was excellent.

It turned out fine. I got another bid and their price was lower so T-Mark honored that price and did the work.

I found someone who was just a little lower. They were gracious enough to come out and give a free estimate!

My old sump pump had stopped working and it flooded by basement. Once they replaced it, I haven't had a problem since (they did the work a few years ago). They have also unclogged a toilet for me. They seem to be very good!

It solved the problem. It was an unusual situation but they used the lines and pump that we had already and they re-directed the system; now it’s working fine.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. I cleaned out the u-pipe myself, but the clog went up beyond the u-pipe. I tried to get the clog out, but thought it was still clogged, so I called T-mark. I usually go to Hertel plumbing, but I knew it was an easy fix and Hertel has an expensive service fee just for showing up. T-mark charges by the hour. The plumber came and realized that the clog had been fixed and didn't charge us a dime.

Checked on Angie's List and decided to give T-Mark a call. I spoke with Ryan, and was very impressed right from the start. He was able to work with my schedule and still get here quickly. Kevin showed up and fixed my problems very easily and quickly. A very pleasant guy, and we chatted almost the whole time. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber (but of course hope I don't have to).

Contractor dug out blacktop then soil to a depth of about four feet and exposed city water pipes . Installed city approved valve ,called city inspector to approve work ,filled in excavation ,topped with gravel. Commenced to put in new water line to the house and then buried the line under the crawl space and into the basement .Connected the line to existing plumbing and installed a shutoff valve at the end of the line they installed and the begining of the old lines. Tested the line and I paid contractor.

I only had one phone call and no actual plumbing service. My phone call went to a cell phone with a fairly weak signal, making it sound like the woman was outside and moving. And she sounded like she was half asleep, nearly 2 hours after the start of their business day.

Went great, they are polite, efficient, quick and cleaned up nicely. Plus they were able to save most of the shrubs in front of the house. I recommend them heartily. I worked with Steven and thought he was really helpful.
