T-Mark Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

Water heater flush was fine but the deal was to include a whole house plumbing check which was not done. I asked the person that did the flush if he was going to do the check and he stated all he does is flush water heaters and is not a licensed plumber. The reason I took advantage of this was to have my plumbing checked which was not done.

Once we determined a date and time, Ryan called to state he was coming over. He was courteous and very helpful and correcting a leakage problem. I am ready for the winter. Furnace is all set to go.

They did a good job and the price was okay. The guy who came was really pleasant and helpful. They're good people and I would recommend them. I also would probably have them come back again if I have a later problem.

Service was timely and very professional.

i purchased a water tank flush plus whole house inspection for $49. Contractor's rep showed and took ten minutes flushing water tank. He did not perform a whole house inspection. I received my refund and discussed the situation with Ryan. He was top notch in handling this customer service issue. I am satisfied with this tansaction.

Boiler tune up and pleasant surprise are terms I don't generally put together, but this year it was exactly that. I called T-Mark Plumbing & Heating, on 9/4/13 and made an appointment for a tune up. The technician who came out, Ryan Miller, was on time, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He explained the workings of all the components he was checking, and actually took my burner OUT and cleaned off the rust. A first! After he finished he noticed a hole in the flue pipe on my water heater where the original installer had neglected to put a screw in. He covered it with metallic tape to prevent any gases from escaping. He also, unbidden checked my CO detector. As Ryan, wrote up my bill he realized I didn't have the Angie's coupon for the discount, but gave it to me anyway! Would I use T-Mark again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them to family and friends? I already have. I have some plumbing issues I've been putting off, but if Ryan is representative of T-Mark's employees, they will certainly be getting another call from me. Color me Happy! Irene L. Company contacted us for appointment, showed up for appointment on time, was very courteous and professional, work done in a timely fashion. No negatives here.

Ryan did a great job. He included both items since he had had to reschedule. I found his customer service excellent. He was efficient and courteous. I would certainly have him again.

Spoke with the company on 8/29/2013. Set up appointment for 9/4/2013 between Noon and 2 PM. Took time off work to be there, but nobody called and nobody showed up.

Ryan called ahead with his arrival time and was prompt, pleasant and professional. Went to work setting up the Water Heater drain and then inspected faucets, drains and hose connections. Was able to tighten several areas on two shut off valves that had been minimally leaking and fixed those problems. Cleaned up after his work. Answered all of my questions and adressed any concerns I had about the functioning of the water heater. Related that they provide 24 hour emergency service. I would highly recommend this company and would definetly use them again.

The service was great. The man who came out was a really nice and friendly plumber. He looked everything over and he took care of the work. We had no problems with him. I think that it was a very positive experience overall. We actually even had to reschedule because we had an appointment come up and there was no problem with that. There was an original time and they rescheduled for the next day without any problems at all.

Overall did the job quickly and was neat and on time.

It went splendidly, quickly, and professionally. The worker was quick and very nice. He was patient enough to put up with my dog bothering him. He was efficient. He was personable. He went right to work and completed in a timely fashion. T-Mark should consider themselves lucky to have such a nice and good worker representing their company. I'd hire him again. His name was Pat and he was great. I also thought the price was very reasonable. I am so happy to finally have this problem fixed. I would refer T-Mark to anyone. I know that a neighbor of mine had work done by them also.

After we were able to agree on a date that both of us were availible everything went great. T Mark serviceman came to my house on schedule and cleaned and inspected my furnace first, then took the time to explain everything he did and pointed out things to watch for in the future to keep it functioning at top efficiency. Then he moved on to the air conditioners. He inspected both and discovered problems with both. They are both 20 years old and have never been inspected before. One was working at about 75% but is working fine. We decided to let it go while its working for now. The second one has a burnt out compressor and will need to be replaced. It hasn't beeen working for some time but it services the up stairs bed rooms that are not currently being used. He quoted me some very reasonable options that I plan on addressing next spring. I would very highly reccomend T Mark for all your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Ryan from T-Mark arrived very promptly...I didn't have to wait around at all! He was super efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and nice. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was very reassuring and helpful. He was the best heating/cooling guy I've ever dealt with! Super nice guy and very skilled at his job!! Everyone should use T-Mark!

I'll admit, I haven't serviced my Furnace in a few years and expected it to need something. The owner's son was excellent. He checked it out, and cleaned what needed cleaning--including the sensor. I know that the last guy never touched that! Then, on to my 8 or 9 yr old AC unit. He checked it thoroughly and explained that the mossy buildup on the outer coils has probably increased my electric bill quite dramatically. I almost used my pressure washer on it a few weeks ago. Thank heaven I didn't! He said the coils are easily damaged and he did the cleaning! NO pressure washers. Then we got to the bad news---upon checking, he said the frion level was down quite a bit and it would need to be filled. He identified a small leak in the unit. I was expecting that the next thing would be the hard sell to have it fixed, replaced or, something costly. Here come the good part! He suggested that since it's already mid Aug. and it's still working decently, just wait and address the problem next spring! That was certainly a surprize! T-Mark plumbing and Heating is definately on my favorites list. Being a Real Estate agent, I would absolutely recommend their company to any of my clients!!

I had softened up the ground by watering for the previous days to help the guy digging the hole. He was quite grateful for that as hot weather had made the clay soil very hard. He had to cut away part of the deck lattice to get at all of the line. He replaced the damaged part, mainly with a rubber flexible section. I expressed some reservation about the rubber section, but he assured me this was the best way to repair the pipe. This repair lasted about 5-7 years. Then I started getting excess water in the basement sump again. In fairness, I haven't proven that the repair failed. So for the last several years I have used an above ground pipe as a replacement. This is not good as the freezing in the winter could crack the pipe, causing problems with spring rains. So I spent a total of 649.49 (including previous video inspection) for a repair that did not last. All in all, not a good value from my perspective.

I called for and esitmate for a bathroom repair. There was water leaking through my kitvhen ceiling from the bathroom above. The gentleman came over that morning, His initial comments were the ceiling had to me demolished and it would be hundreds of dollars to diagnose before he even did any repair work. I had to ask him to write up an estimate. My sense was he did not want the job and I went with another contractor for a fraction of the price and a nicer attitude

I knew there was a leak somewhere as too much water was getting into the basement sump pump. Technician's inspection did not turn up any problem so he was getting ready to leave. I asked to review the section where I thought the problem might be and spotted a crack he had overlooked. He agreed this was a crack in the line. I scheduled a follow-up visit to repair the section.

I bought the $49.00 special on Angie's List and could not be happier! I received a message from Ryan the next morning and a call by the afternoon. He made the appointment for after my work hours which is a great help. He was prompt and did a great job. I wasn't sure if I had a gas leak but he found it and fixed it. Service was excellent. I will call him again if I need anything.

I scheduled the call with the owner, Ryan. He wanted to come that afternoon, but we weren't available. Kevin arrived as scheduled two days later. I was at work, my wife was home. She was thrilled with his courtesy and professionalism. We've found our plumber!

The work was completed as planned. My only negative comment is that I had to call to have the forms removed from the sidewalk repair.
