Kevin was prompt, helpful, flexible and very nice. He answered all our questions, and gave us an estimate for another plumbing job should we decide to have it done.

All went well. Arrived on time for both the estimate and installation. Squeezed the installation in for the next day, early morning (7:45AM) instead of waiting for the following day. Very professional. Have used in the past, will definitely use again.

Jeff was very quick to respond to my original call and was out the next day for a price quote. After assessing the problem and where the sewer was collapsed I also inquired about my poor performing toilet in my basement. Jeff said no problem to replace the toilet as well. The sewer job was done quickly, professionally and it was done with top quality. The sewer was replaced on Thursday and he had another employee come out on Saturday to do the toilet. Sean was very professional as well and was done very quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. I will use them again if the need arises (let's hope that doesn't happen).

A very tough job. Basement stairs a challenge as is the plumbing (house built 1889). They did a Great job and the guys were professional and friendly. I could not be more pleased!

A few weeks after buying our house, we discovered one night (in a pretty disgusting way) that the line from our house to the sewer was almost totally clogged by roots. T-Mark came out the next day to do an estimate, and their estimate was significantly lower than the other two we received (about $1,000 less). They were also able to come back the very next day to do the actual work, which was great because we were barely able to use the water in our house. The repairs themselves were performed by the owner with one other employee, and both were very punctual, hard-working, and professional throughout. The repair ended up taking a half-day more than they expected, but of course the price remained the same. It was an expensive repair, but I think it was necessary, and I would recommend T-Mark to anyone who discovers they need the same repair (which I'm told is fairly common in this area).

The original gas line was so short the stove could not be pulled away from the wall and the main gas line was behind the cabinets that were installed. He had to remove the old line, drill a new hole and install a new gas line from the basement up to and behind the stove. He did not re-use any of the previous fittings as some plumbers would do...all new! My only complaint is he slide the stove across the tile instead of using a piece of cardboard under it (to keep it from scratching the floor). As it turns out, no scratches appeared from this installation.

Did and great job and made sure everything was done properly.

They were quick and efficient, but a little bit on the pricey side. They were punctual and the service was expedient. They had a professional staff and were totally equipped to do the job. They had up to date equipment and were able to not waste time and get the job done. I would use them in the future if I tried to negotiate the price.

testing efficiency of air conditioner' & furnace; changed filter. air conditioner is at 80% efficiency which is good for an 18 year old unit. no repairs were needed.

Steve dd an awesome job. I was very happy with the job he did and how he explained things to me. He also gave me so good advice about a plumbing problem which saved me a great deal of money. I would definitely use T-Mark plumbing again if needed. I was also able to use a special deal ($75 for $150 of work) which help cut the cost..

It was possibly expensive but he did a good job and I was happy with that.

We had just purchased our home, and it did not have a washer/dryer hookup (was draining into sump pump which is not to code). We got a quote from another company and they wanted $1,500 for the job. We used T-Mark to get another quote for the same job and they quoted $1,300 and even included a brand new stain resistant wash basin. Ryan showed up on-time and did the work by himself. The work was great and he cleaned up after himself. He came in under budget and removed the amount from the invoice. I will definitely use T-Mark in the future.

The man who came to give me an estimate on the work that I needed done was very professional, friendly and respectful. However, the estimate he gave me seemed very high, so I will have to wait until I can afford to proceed or find someone else who will do the job for less.

We knew this job was coming for years but thanks to T-Mark, it wasn't the job we thought it was going to be, nor was it as expensive. We have a 100+ year old home with all the maintenance issues that come along with that. We had a leak coming from the upstairs tenant's bathroom. It was a slow leak that ruined our ceiling a bit, but was episodic and sometimes went for years without progressing. Another plumber told us it would be a $20,000 job in which we'd have to remove the tenant's floor, pull out the pipes, which he said were likely embedded in concrete (as was the fashion when these homes were built). The other day we noticed the stack in the basement was leaking pretty badly. Friends we trust recommended T-Mark. Jeff came by and gave us an estimate for repairing the leak, described the work, and that our wall and ceiling would have to be opened. The estimate (which was several thousand dollars) did not include repairing those. My spouse has bad environmental allergies so we knew the dust and construction materials would be a problem. We plastic'ed the other rooms closed to minimize the dust. They sent Pat out later that day and he made the openings so that he could get to work in the morning. Day 2 was loud, dusty and rather dirty, As Pat proceeded to remove the 100 year old stack, he ran into lots of problems, stemming from precarious fixes from 1935, 1967, etc. He had quite a puzzle on his hands at times and I have to hand it to him - He was a critical thinker and a problem solver. He went above and beyond at times - even installing a new drain and fixing a toilet flusher, just because. He's young, but has an excellent work ethic, lots of experience, and would take the time to teach us about our plumbing or plumbing in general. He was very professional and worked extremely hard and long on this problem (at total of 3 days). Showed up early and stayed late. I never even saw him eat or heard him take personal calls. At times he had co-workers consult when needed, and in the end, we have a new stack, new toilet, fast running drains and no leaks. He even cleaned up each night (not to say I didn't call in professional cleaners afterward, but it could have much worse had he not cleaned in between. Although my pocketbook is lighter, we paid exactly what was estimated and not a penny more. It was a pleasure to work with T-Mark's Pat. We got an estimate to take care of the drains that are yet untouched, as an insurance policy for future leaks. It is also a big job, but we will do it, and we will have T-Mark do the work.

.Last fall I had T-Mark to my home to clean and tune up my furnace and airconditioner units. They tuned up my furnace first and all was well with it. When he inspected the airconditioner units he found that one (for the upstair bedrooms) was shot, the compressor was burnt out. I wasn't shocked as I havent used it in years. then he inspected the main floor unit and found it to be very close to it's end. Since it was nearing the end of summer I decided to put off replacing them untill spring. I called T-Mark upon returning From my winter stay in Florida and he came over and quoted me for replacing the 2 units. The price he quoted seemed to be very competitive. We decided on an instillation date and both units were installed in 1 day. The work was done very profesionaly and the clean up was just as good. It is now 2 months later and both units are preforming as advertised.

Everything was done quickly and in a professional manner. Checked the AC and added Freon.

Very Professional, explained what was causing the tank to leak. Recommended not to change anything now but in future (when needed) to review options for tankless or another tank. Provided paperwork on tankless options to review.

The estimate was higher than I expected so I did not wind up using the deal, but the company was very good about getting back to me.

On the morning of the install I was called about 15 minutes before the job was to start to ensure the time still worked for me. I spoke with Ryan on the phone who has been most courteous and professional person throughout the entire experience. Ryan showed up with Mike and Brian, after talking about what needed to be done for about 10 mins Ryan had to go do some appointments and Mike and Brian worked through setting up the new unit. The total install time took about 4 hours but Mike had to run back and get parts that were needed for the install.

T-Mark Plumbing, Heating and Cooling did a great job for us! Ryan came to the house to give us an estimate. He went over all the financing options available to us, and he helped us find which one worked the best for us. He promptly answered my calls and emails when I had questions. Then he came back again to the house go over all the info with us for a second time. We scheduled the work (he was able to fit us in according to what was good for our schedule). The crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were courteous and professional and very helpful. They finished the work ahead of schedule. And Ryan came back to the house several days later when I was having trouble programming my new thermostat and helped me figure it out. We love our new system. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing, heating or cooling needs you might have.

Ryan, the owner, was on site for part of the installation. He was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They did need to return for a very minor problem and they were very courteous, responsive and prompt. I also appreciated that they primarily deal with American standard products. I've had excellent experience in the past with American standard. Consumer reports rates them very highly.

Very good. I've had many, many service calls with T-Mark and can tell you after a year of a relationship I highly recommend them. A little over a year ago I moved back to the area and back into a house I had rented. Many projects needed to be done. When I started with T-Mark I had a sump issue where water was stagnant. This led to re-digging, new sump, and then a water pump added. Each time it was good advice. Recently I've called them back as I needed heater. Everything was efficiently handled and I felt decent price. There was an error on where the workman put the vent to outside. I wasn't happy with placement. They came and redid, no charge, as they new they shouldn't have placed without my approval. Very decent group.

Great local family-run company. I worked as a apprentice plumber and my assessment is that these guys are smart, professionals who will do a quality job for you. I had them replace a dead water heater (and upgraded to a 50-gal), they only use good contractor grade water heaters (AO Smith -way better than the Home Depot junk). They arrived on time, were always courteous, professional, cleaned up and answered all my questions. Subsequently I needed a plumbing routing and they were smart about what they did - minimizing the areas that they went into so as to minimize the damage to the piping (many pipes can be punctured in the routing process). I will be using them in the future as my plumber exclusively.
