He was honest about not being able to perform the work. He does not work on the type of furnace that I have since I have a modular home. He suggested another company that would be able take care of the project for me.

We received quotes from several companies and this was one of the best. Ryan came and gave us our quote and answered all of our questions, which were quite a few. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing. We scheduled a day for the install and when a scheduling issue came up, on their end, they gave us an earlier install day, which was a pleasant surprise. The install went smoothly, the workers were on time, professional and friendly. They called on the day of install in advance to make sure that someone was there and they took the time to answer additional questions that we had during the install. They completed the job in about 5 hours and left the site cleaner than when they got there. There was an issue a few days later when there was a day just cold enough to turn on the furnace and it was blowing out cool air and not firing. They came out as soon as they could and fixed the exhaust and intake vents, which were installed incorrectly. Not a major issue, but they were apologetic and fixed it with in a few days of being called. Overall we were very pleased with the service and install. They were responsive to our calls both for the estimate and when there was an issue with the furnace. I would definitely recommend them to others and I plan on using them in the future for my other heating and cooling needs.

I was having problems with my main sewer line backing up for about 2 days after trying gallons of main sewer line chemicals purchased from my local hardware store that seem to not work at all,I decided to call T-Mark Plumbing,boy was I glad I did,he came down in my basement where my main sewer line was and he grabbed my plunger that was made for the main sewer line and he plunged it a couple of times and that was all I needed all done the sewer line was now clear and no longer backed up, he was at my home for less than 5 minutes and resolved my issue with no charge because they offer free estimates.I commend T-Mark Plumbing and the service professional for there honesty and integrity.I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants a true honest professional that won't try to rip you off and knows what they're doing.

One person came out and he was here for a couple of hours. He had to go down the basement and open it from down there to clear it. I would recommend them.

Our sump pump quit working sometime in the middle of the night Saturday, 6/27/15. Via Angies's List we called TMark and they came out and replaced pump - charged $525 (Sunday labor). The next day, Monday, we realized the water heater wasn't working. Called TMark back and was told they couldn't come out until Tuesday and there would be a $59 service fee. When they arrived they told us we needed a new heater -- charged $100 for assessment and quoted $2500 to replace with same heater. Called another plumber who came right out and replaced with an upgraded heater and charged $2,000. We won't recommend or use TMark again.

It took 2 weeks, with 3 email sent to them, and even Angie's List inquiring if they had contacted me to set up appointment and I finally called the office and then got an appointment. The service call went well.

We purchased a coupon from Angie's list for a seasonal AC tuneup. We knew we had a problem with our AC unit. They came out and ended up replacing motor and another part, I believe. They brought the wrong motor out the first time, but I believe were back the next day with the correct motor. Also did a seasonal tuneup at the conclusion of the repair. I thought a bit expensive, but would call this company back for any future issues. They did a great job, and they were very professional and gave us great service!

I live in a condo with a very tight space for the air conditioner and hot water heater. I contacted Mark T because they deal with both. I knew my hot water heater needed to be replaced and my air conditioner was working fine but making screaming sounds every so often. It was convenient to deal with one vendor. The air conditioner which is 17 years old could be fixed but it would cost up to 2/3 of a new one because it needed the old refrigerant that is more expensive because it is not eco friendly. I opted to replace both and was given a $400.00 discount.. The workers arrived on time, were polite and even finished ahead of schedule. My only disappointment was I thought I was getting a new pan under my water heater. I would not have complained but there was a faint smell of gas coming from the water heater. Ryan - the owner - showed up immediately and fixed the issue. I mentioned the pan and told him I did not want him to tear out the heater so he offered a free furnace tune-up in the fall as compensation. I accepted and appreciated his offer.

Estimate was written and in-line with my expectations. Work was done about a week later. It wasn't an emergency. The sump pit is located below a wash tub sink so that complicated the work somewhat. Sump pumps have worked fine. The replacement is very quiet and I have tested the backup by letting it run during a heavy rainstorm. Only issue was when the quarter turn valve was installed it ended up pushing the hose outlet out so that there was a gap between it and the siding. I didn't notice it at first. To correct that I had a new hose valve installed. I had someone else do that because their estimate was >$200 and I had someone else rated A on Angies list do it for $120. Overall I would recommend them and am happy with the three items installed.

We had a set date and time for the appointment. One o'clock came and went without them showing up. They called about an hour after that to say they had an emergency and could not show up that day.

Was called "Kevin's Home Services" when they came to my home. Dad and son were pleasant, punctual and didn't try to up-sell me which I appreciate! I will be updating all of my plumbing in my home and wouldn't hesitate to call for a quote, however I don't know why the change in the business name.

These guys were not only professional but extremely kind and willing to take the time to explain things to us as we are first time home buyers and have little knowledge on radiant heat. Not only would I recommend these guys, I absolutely will be contacting them again for ANY heating, cooling, and plumbing fixes! Thanks guys!!

Everyone from T-Mark who's done work here has been very prompt, courteous & professional. ?One call they didn't even charge us for because there wasn't a problem with the pipe. they do excellent work. ?they're prices are higher than I'd like, but lower than any other company who gave us estimates. they also explain things clearly & answer all our questions.

I purchased the A/C tune up through Angie's List. It was only after Angie's List followed-up with a survey that I received a message to schedule an appointment. ?I called and left a message to schedule an appointment and then had to call back again. ?My scheduled appointment time was between 12 and 2. ?At 2:45 I called to find out if they were still coming. ?I was notified that they were working on an installation and lost track of time. ?They arrived around 3:15 and did sincerely apologize and explained they thought my appointment was between 1 and 3. ?The inspection was unremarkable.

I was impressed by the professional service. Service was on time and efficient. I would definitely contact for any future projects.

They came first thing in the morning after I was informed of this problem and in just a couple of hours, it was taken care of.

Ryan was very quick to return phone calls and the support from the office for scheduling, confirmation and rebate paperwork was excellent. The 3 employees of TMark arrived when scheduled. Work was explained to me throughout the day and completed as promised. The quoted price is what was charged - no surprises. Sean went out of his way to fix a faucet that broke after the water was turned back on. The only minor criticism I can offer that will hopefully move their quality from great to excellent would be attention to detail. The little things like straight, evenly spaced piping is noticed by some homeowners and that specific attention to detail displays excellence. The 2 units function perfectly, but the one unit was clearly installed by one of the plumbers that took the extra time to make it perfect. The other unit is fine and functional but not as neat. But to be clear - their work was great and the venting of the units was perfect. I'm happy with their service and have already recommended them to a coworker

They were quick to set an appointment for the following day. I called on a Sunday and they were here on Monday. Very professional and on time. I have used them before and it was the same then as well. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

It was performed in a timely fashion, and he cleaned up after himself.

So far, it turned out so good. We haven't had any problems. It's running great.

They were very good. They were recommended by the town that we live in. They have certified companies that the residents can use. So we went with them.

Given that it was an expensive and unexpected repair that needed to be made, T-Mark was great. Jeff not only came in with the best price, but he broke the pricing down into two parts - one if they didn't have to break into the street and the second if they did, since he wouldn't know until he dug through how much pipe needed to be replaced. Even at the quote stage he sent one of his crew back with a longer camera scope to see if they could get a better idea of how extensive the damage was. Once they started digging, Jeff realized that they would not have to dig up all the way to the middle of the road, they could just insert the new pipe into the old from the curb to the mainline, which saved some money, but he also realized that unless I put a sump pump in the basement, there was no guarantee that I wouldn't get more water in the basement in the future. So the money I saved by not having them go to the street, I spent on a sump pump and I am glad I did. They rerouted my interior basement drain lines, put in the sump pump and cistern for about what they had originally quoted the whole project, and given all the snow we had this winter and the rain and drain off, the sump pump has been very busy. It is so nice knowing that I don't have to worry about water in the basement and the suggestion for the sump pump was great, so money well spent. So glad that Jeff was looking out for my best interest when he suggested changes to the original job, and even though it took them more time it saved me in the long run.

They replace a stun pump line and they put in a pump for the washing machine water to go into the septic tank. The quality was very good.
